Seriously, $7.19 for a cup of ice?? If the barista actually measured the ice this would not happen. Tired of the rip-off.

I bought a bag of coffee at the drive thru and later found out it wasn't decaf as I ordered. A few days later I went into the store to return the coffee and the manager was called over. I told her that I wanted decaf and got a bag of caffeinated coffee. She snidely said, "we don't sell decaf"! I had my receipt, so I politely asked if I could return it. She said, "the bag is open". I said it's not open. Well, the next thing she did was unbelievable. She ripped the bag open, pushed it back and say "It's open, no refund!" I was speechless, turned around and walked right out of the store, NEVER to return again. The worst customer service imaginable! One star is too much for this location.

The service at this Starbucks is abysmal. The lack of respect for customers was quite evident today. The girl at the counter argued with my father and law about how little she was going to fill his drink up and stated that she will have to up-charge 80c to finish filling his drink up. We were going to pay the 80c, but her attitude was not worth sticking around for. It is well worth the drive down to the beach for the other Starbucks on Granada.
Popped into Starbucks for a hot chocolate and a breakfast wrap burrito. The hot chocolate was perfect at kid-friendly temperature, and the burrito hit the spot. Everything was great, though it felt a bit too early in the morning. Definitely a good start to the day!

I gotta say I’m supper impressed with the service even under a lot of pressure. We all have a moment at work where it can get overwhelming especially dealing with customers. There’s a specific person here that was doing such an amazing job and over all very outstanding how fast she was getting the orders out. She deserves a raise and wish I got her name before I left but had purple hair ✨ I wanna say thank you for everything
