I like the food, however, I despise being forced to order on a kiosk. I prefer to speak to a person, I normally pay with cash, and I wasn’t able to order my fries well done because there was nobody to ask. On top of that, we had to scan our receipts to fill our drinks. Ugh.

We went to steak ‘n Shake for the first time today because on the radio we heard that they were giving away labubu stuffies. My great granddaughter was so excited. When we got there they said sometime this afternoon but didn’t know what time. We were here at 1 pm. We ate lunch which wasn’t very good, the place was not clean and there were no labubu. So now I have one very unhappy littlec7 year old who had her heart badly hurt. We never will go back there

I really do not like writing negative reviews but I'm hoping management will see this and make some corrections. The restaurant was not clean, none of the seats or tables were clean at the time I went. The bathroom was filthy. It was a really gross experience, all the floors were very sticky. Employees had on dirty aprons. I was traveling and really hungry so I prayed over the food and ate it.
The food was pretty good, I hadn't been to a Steak 'n Shake in many years but after that experience I'm not sure I'll ever go to another one especially that one.

The food isn’t bad but the customer service and the manager or whoever the lady was working tonight 10.28 was rude we walked in 9:45 and asked if we could still order and eat inside the young man working the grill said yes and when we got out food 9:52 the lady told us we had 7 minuets to get out. If they don’t want to work they should just quit and find another job, or should’ve just told us flat out from the beginning that they couldn’t serve us. Another family came in after us and they literally told them to hurry up and eat cause they had to be out by 10pm honestly ridiculous and unprofessional.
Beef tallow fries are superior, steak burger is delicious 😋

I ordered a burger and shake, the burger was bland at best and warm but not hot. The shake was good and well priced for the size; however, I would have preferred one half the size for half the price The price gouging was insane, if you wanted to get sauces, having more than one cost extra, if you got a combo getting anything else but a regular soft drink made the combo useless and you paid full price for it, getting a larger size made it cost more. You're only allowed one refill per drink along with everything else. The atmosphere wasn't great, there were some stains on the walls and some trimming gone The service was fine. If you really need some food for cheap, this is alright; however, if you desire something more than mediocre, do not go here

The tables weren't clean and some tiles were missing from the walls in some places and werent clean in the slightest, got chicken tenders, and they were barely lukewarm, and the breding was extremely chewy and instantly separated from the chicken. They have the most price gouging policies of any restraunt, extra sauce costs 50 cents each, and you only get 1 refill after the first time, if you acedentaly stop filling at all that counts as a full refill. I genuinely can not think of a worse restraunt experience.
