We dined in for lunch and it was not clean, the floors, tables and chairs were nasty. So that was unpleasant. The bathrooms weren't clean but they also werent dirty. The food was pretty good, it was decent. I would not go back though.

Ordered food through the kiosk ,but you cant choose the kind of cheese you want,so i asked the cook if i can get swiss cheese instead of american, was told ok no problem. When the food came it was with american cheese,and i was the ONLY ONE in there. Its not that they were busy or something.

It's just not what it used to be, and the number of customers shows they have lost their way. The place was almost empty at 12 noon. Some of the food was good (burger was ok), some was pretty bad - chili mac spaghetti was stuck together and not hot, fires not hot. The kiosk concept leftover from covid is just a terrible turn in the experience to just plain bad. I used to love it, but I can't ever waste a dollar there again. I just can't.

I’m not the type to write reviews but this restaurant is by far the worst and there new owners and management team is by far the most unprofessional group I know as well as there employees talking about things that were not work related people arguing and cussing very unprofessional seemed like no one was working as a team or on the same page. I did meet this one nice manager named Amanda she was very pleasant went out of her way to help up and to make sure everything was good and correct. While me and my family sat there and ate all we could hear were the employees talking about non sense and arguing and fighting Amanda was the only one that seemed to care about her job and was working as hard as she could doing multiple things at once while everyone else just stood around. I later came in a few days later to find this nice young woman Amanda to thank her and it has been brought to my attention she is no longer with the company I’m sad to hear this since she was the reason why we were still coming seems that got rid of a very nice young woman which is sad. I hope these other employees straighten up. If not they will loose a lot of business if everyone encounters the same horrible experience I did.

Miss the old setup. Table service, server. Its just a fast food place now
The manager (female) is awful. I'm standing here in this place right now asking how long for my order and the only response I get is the drive thru is busy and it will be ready when it is ready. The location on ISB is sooo much nicer and better. Obviously if you come inside to get an order you don't deserve service. Apparently only drive thru customers matter at this location.
