Steak 'n Shake always has great food. Being self serve there's not much to say about service, but we had no problems. The milk shake was fantastic.

First time visiting since they remodeled and I was very impressed. The restaurant is clean, bright, and feels more open. The touchscreen self-order kiosks are nice and easy to use. The food was awesome. I ordered the butter double steak burger with fries and it was GOOD. Their new way of cooking the fries in beef tallow is perfect. They were very crispy and flavorful. I finished it off with an eggnog shake that wasnt too sweet and had lots of eggnog flavor. We will definitely be going back soon.

Usually everything you order is fresh, except the last time I went. They gave me old fries, hamburger was so so and the soda was flat. I hope that doesn't happen again🤞
