Didn’t really think this place could get any worse, but now it actually is. The employees are completely ignorant and lazy, but expect a tip. They don’t even cut your sandwich in half here. Always just one person making subs at a very busy location. They are Out of this, out of that, zero prep for the busy lunch hour. Meatballs were literally cold in the sub I ordered, when I asked if they could microwave it….told me that’s why I need to toast the sub……ignorance at its finest over here
This location needs a change in staffing. The person that works at this location every morning is never ready to serve a customer and is always on the phone sitting in a chair behind the wall on personal calls. This is the first subway I’ve seen that you can stand there while getting ignored until you notice that they have a bell you have to ring for service while you are looking right at that employee on the phone. At that point she will get your order all the while acting like you’re interrupting her in some way because you are trying to get a sub made. The over all cleanliness of this location and the convenience store its in is terrible. Even after the remodel. Chips are never stocked and looks closed sometimes in the morning. I think it might be on purpose. If I was the owner of this franchise I’d have a change of staffing member. Today there was a guy there that actually was ready to make the sub and did a fine job. Even when it came down to wrapping the sub and extremely attentive to how I wanted it made. This Tee person needs to be addressed.

Tee is a great employee. She’s always smiling. And handles every customer with a smile and prompt service I eat lunch here regularly bc I know what to expect and the amazing customer service is always on point

This will be the last time we order from this subway. Ordered at 10am and it was not ready until 10:35am and it said it would be at 10:15am and thr order was incorrect and were out of pickles. Ridiculous to say the least!

Not very happy, my sub roll was Stale. I had to peel the whole top of it off to be able to eat it. Worst sub I've ever had! What the hell has happened to this place.
This is the second time I’ve come here and the staff doesn’t operate in a sanitary manner, last time the guy sneezed into his glove and I had to ask him to change it, this time the guy used the same gloves to handle cash and their stuff that he used ti make my sandwich. This place is disgusting and I won’t eat here again

It is inside of the gas station, so you are constantly trying to stay out of the way of the gas station customers.
Parking: Service is slow. I ordered ahead and still had to wait. They DO NOT have brewed tea like other subways. Most of the time you have to wait until they refill the ingredients bins.

I would put zero of it was an option, I ordered subway thru door dash they mixed up the whole order and put the wrong meat on each sandwich the vegetables were on the wrong sandwich’s and there was hair in my sandwich absolutely gross just ruined a safe food for me

Dealing with her kid in the back with kids which I doubt subway allows, had a vary rude attitude and was pissed I was ordering food like she had to be somewhere. This place is always close early or opens late. Have told my coworkers don't come here. . We'll be hitting other subway or Wendy's at this point on on routes. Subway do something or.

8/14 around noon. I was at fountain drink station filling my water jug for the day. A woman came to the counter and said “excuse me?” Because no one was visible behind the counter.
I had a different view point and could see around corner from register. An Employee was sitting down on her phone. Peered around the corner and ignored the lady. Another gentleman told her there’s a bell. She rings it and you could see the disappointment on the employees face. She got up as slowly as I’ve ever seen and continued to finish her text message. She then washed her hands taking as long as humanly possible.
I then saw that there was another employee around d the corner as well. There was also a small child belonging to one of these employees too.
These people need to be fired. They do not deserve to have a job. Absolutely pathetic and disrespectful.
If they don’t this franchise location deserves to fail.
