Swillerbees Craft Donuts & Coffee in Ormond

The owners of swillerbees have not known how to run a coffee shop since they bought the title from the original owners. They have multiple health code violations that they are lying to their customers about. They have been improperly storing all their foods and coffee, they’ve been infested with roaches for a year, and do nothing to change it! Health code violations are public information, yet they want to say it was just a little bug and blame the health inspector. This place is DISGUSTING and I wouldn’t let my worst enemy eat here

Swillerbees is awesome!! We tried their donuts while we were at Daytona! They are amazing. Their breakfast sandwiches are super delicious as well. The atmosphere gives you that small town vibe. This is definitely my go to donut place in Daytona!!!

The Best Donuts of My Entire Life.

Swillerbees Craft Donuts & Coffee in Ormond Beach deserves every bit of praise it gets and then some. In my 35 years of life, all of which I have enthusiastically spent consuming donuts all over the country, I can say without hesitation that these are, hands down, the best donuts I have ever eaten in my life. Period. Nothing else even comes close.

Each donut is a piece of edible art: beautifully crafted, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. You can tell immediately that everything is made with care, creativity, and serious skill. Whether you grab something classic or one of their more adventurous creations, every bite is a revelation.

On top of that, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Warm, friendly, genuinely welcoming - exactly the kind of people who make you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. It’s rare to find a place where the service elevates an already exceptional experience, but Swillerbees nails it effortlessly.

If you're anywhere near Ormond Beach, do yourself a favor and go. If you're not near Ormond Beach… honestly, it’s worth the trip.

I stopped by Swillerbees after visiting another nearby coffee shop, and I’m really glad I did. The place has a fun, beachy local vibe — bright, inviting, and full of good energy.

I ordered a cappuccino and asked for heavy cream, but they didn’t have any, so I went with half and half. The coffee was mild rather than bold, but still smooth — no bitterness or acidity, which I really appreciated. I didn’t order any food this time, but everything coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing, and they definitely offer more than just donuts.

Service was friendly and quick. It’s counter pickup (or drive-thru), not table service, but they keep things running efficiently. Prices were surprisingly affordable — less than the big coffee chains and about half the price of a nearby specialty spot — which makes it an even better find.

Overall, Swillerbees is a great local stop for quality coffee, awesome-looking food, and a relaxed coastal vibe. I’d definitely go back to try more next time.

We were there this morning. Young girl at the counter was extremely rude! The final straw was when my wife asked where we could find napkins and she said “they are all over the place.” Servers are rude and donuts are mostly stale. We are done with them!

First time checking out this place. I’m not a big doughnut person but wanted to try. The establishment is layed out and decorated great. The coffee was great. The first doughnut I tried was a Pumpkin Frosted with a cream filling. One bite was enough, way too much frosting and I was not a fan of the frosting taste. I then moved to a raspberry filled doughnut, it was good lots of raspberry filling however it was not fresh as i expected at 8am. I also got an Apple fritter to take home.
Would I come back maybe for the coffee and try a breakfast sandwich but I doubt it. Again I’m not a doughnut person it’s probably been 5+ years since I had one.

Didn't have nonfat milk. Upcharged for substitute. They did not have any way to warm up cold pastries. They have limited espresso drinks to offer. Gave a generous tip prior to recieving ordered item. Was served up barely warm, room temp espresso drink when it was a hot order. Staff did not smile nor care about being there or assisting paying customers. Drive through was served last after walk in customers, despite being there before them. Was my family's 1st and last time there and we are local. Quality and expectations were absolutely not met , especially when prices are the same as competing coffee shops nearby. Poor espresso coffee during breakfast hours? I never leave reviews, but there are espresso standards
