This was my first time at this location. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The Service was EXCELLENT, with friendly and respectful staff. The Food was EXCELLENT - with everything at the proper temperature, if anything, they were âheavy handedâ with the fillings. I eat at Taco Bell several times a month and this by far was the best tasting and ample quantity of food that I have had from any of their locations in the Southeastern States. They have even surpassed my all time favorite location of Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast, Fl. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
Been coming here since i was a kid but the last couple years the customer service has just gone down hill. Im currently sitting in the drive thru at the box where ive been sitting for the last 15 minutes where i havent even been greeted, voice came on about 10 minutes in to let me know that he will take my order when HE is ready not when im ready. Cars behind me have started honking and pulling out from frustration. Iâm just going to go to the taco Bell down the road, would have had my food by now. I know customer service isnât something that you get a lot of in fast food but you assume if youâre going to have a job working with the public, you would have some skill set that would match that

When u order 2 Lavish Luxe boxes. Online, and it takes them a whole 45 minutes to prepare them and bring them to ur car... Not to mention they didn't ever put the food in a freaking box. Just threw our stuff in and bag and called it a day... fast food just doesn't have the people it used to have doing the job anymore. No integrity or hospitality sense whatsoever. I bet they make our food angry they have to work for a living. Like God help them
