Went here last night coming home from bike week 2025 was in the drive thru for 30 min not moving they were just holding people lined at the window after 30 min then they come over the intercom saying they are only taking door dash, now this started at 11:30 was told at 12 when they finally started moving car from the drive thru window and they are suppose to be open until 2 am so why were people being turned away and told they are only taking door dash this place need to be shut down are reopened with new staff that can handle the late night rush I ended up good hungry and did get to eat at all cause nothing else was open so thanks a lot taco bell for letting people starve.
Drive thru 7pm ish. Not friendly people.
Asked for a chalupa supreme well cooked because the last one wasn’t. This one was almost warm. Done with this Taco Bell.

I typically don’t write reviews, but after my recent experience at Taco Bell, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I placed a mobile order and encountered some challenges during my visit. When I arrived, the employee assisting me had some trouble with her headset, which I understood. I patiently waited for the issue to be resolved, but unfortunately, once she was able to proceed, her tone shifted, and I felt the interaction was less than professional. As someone who works in customer service, I believe the approach could have been more respectful, as a positive attitude is key to maintaining a welcoming environment.
Once I received my order, the experience continued to fall short. The employee did not acknowledge me when I approached the window, and without eye contact or a greeting, she handed me my food in a rushed manner. To my disappointment, the food was cold and soggy, which I’m sure doesn’t meet Taco Bell’s food safety or quality standards. Food safety and customer satisfaction should always come first, and this certainly didn’t reflect that.
I understand that mistakes happen, but for the sake of improving customer experience, I believe this location could benefit from coaching the staff on both professional communication and food handling. Customer service should be a core value at Taco Bell, and the way customers are treated sets the tone for the entire experience. I’ve had positive experiences in the past, but this visit was not up to the usual standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so future customers can receive the quality service and food they expect…..

Ordered drive through here, brought it home and everything with beef tasted like cleaning chemical and literally made my mouth tingle, and not in the spicy way. The soda tasted weird too. Guessing someone was cleaning and cooking at the same time. Had to throw it all out. Very disappointed and a little nervous about what i just ate.

I’ve never had an experience like this this is honestly insane and doesn’t seem real and could have been a choke hazard or messed my teeth up but I bit into a penny I will never eat here again and pray no one else has this happen

Employees cuss like no other !! They are very rude every time I go their a bigger lady either forgets something or just the way they speak to me is very rude and the manager needs to be on staff to watch their employees. I’m tired of having a bad experience every time I come here cause I live 5 min away this is ridiculous.

This place knows how it's done. Fresh ingredients, awesome taste, generous serving sizes. It's one of the few Taco Bells that still gets it.

If I could give a negative star I would. A new older lady employee was very kind. Just learning her job. The other workers were not helpful at all and were very rude to the lady who was learning. She was trying to be professional and they had no desire to help with anything. It was lunchtime on October 29th. All these other employees should be reprimanded. Hopefully the manager or owner will take this post seriously. I will not return to a place that is that hostile. I hope the older lady leaves today and does not put herself in that position again. She is worth more than that

Not fast. Waited about 45 minutes in the drive thru even placed order using the online mobile app. Employee at window was very nice. But I'm not sure why the food took this long. And part of the order was missing after everything. Be aware going to this taco bell at night.

Wow 2nd time coming waited first time 20 min for one taco 26 min the first time employees cuss like no other. Very hood. I go to order the girl says what do u want!! I'm like ummm hi I'm good how are you. Yes please can I have a 25 min wait for a taco. I can get a steak at a fancy restaurant in half the time
