Great food but the service is lacking. They were backed up and it did take a while for food to come out. Probably need more staff to keep up with orders and be able to serve dine in customers on time also. Highly recommend the food for sure. Could use improvement as far as service and atmosphere.

Honestly, I had a bad experience in this restaurant, I was at a work dinner and I selected this place, thinking that their food would be good, but it is completely the opposite. I think they should explain in the menu when they use some kind of sauce for the meal, we had to leave the whole meal because of its strong sweet taste impossible to eat and not only that the worst thing about the situation was the lord of the store who became the victim saying (oh but they did not ask what they wanted, I opt for Give us some pure soy sauce to level the sweet taste of the food) I think that what bothered me the most made me feel bad and guilty my partner for the choice of food, I will honestly not return to this place (they will complete account even though we did not consume the food).

What an amazing Thai food. I can't believe I haven't try it until today. When you order Thai hot they deliver. It was so good. Did not have to add anymore heat to the Thai fried rice. Outstanding. The owner is so sweet. You have to go there.

I've tried several times on several days and no one answered the phone. Got a recording but could leave a message!

Thai Elephant is a hidden gem and hands down the best Thai restaurant in the area. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere, relaxing music, and the aroma of fresh ingredients sizzling in the kitchen. The owners—who are as kind as they are talented—prepare every dish to order with remarkable attention to flavor and freshness. I had the Crispy Basil Chicken. Truly, the food is exceptional.

Portions are generous without being overwhelming, leaving you full, happy, and already planning your next visit. Don’t miss the Thai tea—it’s a standout, and according to the owner, it’s earned global praise for a reason.

Whether you’re a local or have to travel a bit to get here, do it. Thai Elephant is well worth the trip—and then some.

Drove 30 minutes here on a Sunday to try this place, arrived at 12;45pm and the open sign was on but doors locked. No one inside. Confirmed the hours online matched what was on the front of the building. Very frustrating, I’ll never be back.

Lacked flavor kinda rude on the phone as well. I got red curry and it’s gotta be the worst I’ve ever had. My wife loved her Chicken pad thai claimed it was delicious. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I am from out of town, we rolled the dice on Thai Elephant and it did not disappoint!! The Coconut Soup wasn’t as creamy as I have experienced at other Thai restaurants but was still very delicious.

The food was decent (my dinner was a bit scarce on chicken). The service was quick. We got the papaya salad but it turned out to be Green Papaya (very crunchy like cabbage or cucumber) and we didn't like it. The place felt a little too cramped. The food portions were adequate but not plentiful. The server went inside the kitchen and didn't come back to check on us afterwards, I wanted more water so I had to drink some water from my wife's glass. The food tasted good, I had a sweet curry dish and my wife had shrimp and noodles. A bit pricey for the portions in our opinion. They have high chairs available. They also have outdoor seating.
