I was in town on storm restoration when I heard my friend’s truck was towed out of the parking lot owned by this establishment, during non business hours. Sadly I ate there prior to the incident and was going to keep my opinion to myself but the world needs to know the food isn’t good and the management is worse.

It must just be whoever was cooking tonight because there are good reviews here. But our experience was deserving of a refund. I got my wife the extremely expensive lobster and shrimp grilled cheese which sounded fire. I was expecting something exquisite. When it came out it was small and looked like something a 12 year old could have made. Just basic. As soon as my wife put it in her mouth she looked like she wanted to gag. It came with lobster bisque and ironically she said it tasted like vomit. I on the other hand got wings. Can’t go wrong with wings. They came out fresh so I’ll give them credit there. But they were completely dry. Who eats dry wings. It tasted like dirty elbows. Matter of fact they tasted like the metal basket that lowers it into the grease. The sauce was under the wings. It was like the cook squirted the plate barely and laid the wings on top. Whoever the cook was, hey…. Not to be mean but man this isn’t your calling. I hope you find your true calling.

A hidden gem! We were starving after driving over from the other side of the state. We saw it didn’t look too busy yet and thought hey let’s give it a try! OMG are we glad we did!!! Whom ever the chef is deserves awards for the flavors and presentations of the food! My husbands wings were the best we have ever tasted. Our waitress said they smoke them for 15 hours before they are served with our choice of sauce. My sandwich was amazing and too large to finish. Prices are reasonable and the service is amazing. We will be back.

I came in a couple weeks ago at night with friends. My server was Mia and she was very bright and attentive server with some spunk. I had a drink called Tipsy Mermaid and it was delicious. As well as... Some juicy burgers. Music is always a plus.

My boyfriend and I went last night for a late dinner Thursday August 4th we had a wonderful experience due to an amazing server named Jake. He was very polite with us spoke directly to us and explained the menu very well. I have an allergy so he carefully went through all the choices with me and then also explained my options. The food was amazing we tried the ahi tuna egg rolls and I highly recommend those. If you're in the area and looking for a very nice dinner from a scratch kitchen definitely check out this restaurant and ask for Jake to be your server. I rate this restaurant a 10 out of 10 for it's customer service. A 10 out of 10 for it's original food. 9 out of 10 for price it was a little high but worth the money due to quality. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness.

I dined here this past weekend on Saturday with my husband and we both enjoyed the piano people. We shared the garlic shrimp app and I had the ribeye for dinner. We both enjoyed a few cocktails as well. Our servers name was Mia and she was super friendly with a great outgoing personality and knew how to explain the menu well enough to want to eat it all!

Why does this place have such a high rating? Food was slow to come out even though we were the only people in the restaurant, onion rings had to be sent back because they were cold, the shrimp dinner only included a handful of shrimp (for $17!), and the only redeeming factor was that Robby the server was very attentive. This place charges 3 cents per lemon slice for waters, 60 cents for a side of Ranch dressing, and there is a charge for a cheese substitution on a sandwich that already came with cheese! It's not the prices of these, it's the principle of being charged for simple condiments. We live in Ormond and there are plenty of other restaurants with great food and service that will be getting our business. Will not be back.

The food was good but a little pricey for serving size. Medium rare steak bites well over cooked and not very warm. Waiter, Chris, was very attentive and served our party of 15 very well, everyone’s food came out In a timely manner. Our one major complaint was the tv in our section was showing the killing and dressing of deer. This was not a very appetizing site plus we had children in our group. Mentioned it to the waiter and only comment was it is a sports bar, did not offer to change channels

I wouldn’t get the steak it tastes like they clean the grill once a year. Waiter made a big deal about ordering sweet tea because “he had to make it” & he “guesses he could do it.”

Met some friends there. My fiance and I live in Ormond and wanted to try some place new. The server, Robby, was great and attentive. The fact that our table was the only one in there until we were almost done eating should have tipped us off. The food came out slow and my friends' onion rings had to be sent back due to them being cold. Their Philly cheesesteaks looked to be generic. My fiance's fries were almost warm and my $16.99 shrimp dinner only came with shrimp. They charge $0.03 per lemon (slice, not wedge) for the waters and $0.60 for a side of (watered down) ranch. It's not the price of these that were the problem, more so the principle of it. My friend asked to substitute provolone for the pepper jack cheese on her sandwich and she was charged for the cheese. The server was up front about the extra charges, but we still couldn't believe it. We will not be going back.
