This place is amazing! Has some of the best smoothies I've found in Volusia county. The young lady that works there, Hayleigh, is awesome as well. She's super knowledgeable and is incredibly sweet. They're lucky to have her representing their business!

Excellent service! Great smoothies!

My wife, our 18 mo old and I stopped into the Ormond Beach ⛱️ FL location after a Doctor's appointment. It was scorching hot 🔥 🥵 outside on a Tuesday in August, with a temp of 93° and like a 102° heat index. Luckily we have T-Mobile and it was T-Mobile Tuesdays, and had a Free Smoothie with a $1 Purchase. What a Deal!!

Well, it was nice and ice 🧊 🥶 in the joint. It was super nice and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The smoothies were fast, refreshing and delicious!! 😋 My baby was very happy! 😊 We will be back for sure. Plus, it's a couple doors down from Agave Mexican Restaurant... 😎

I’ve ordered delivery from this Tropical Smoothie twice recently and both times my order was missing items. The first time, no chips—annoying but I let it slide. This time, an entire smoothie was missing. The DoorDash driver said he asked the staff about it twice and was met with rude attitudes.

When I called the store, the person on the phone (who claimed to be the shift lead and only person there) told me the only way to get a refund or the missing item was to come in person. That completely defeats the point of ordering delivery. She was also rude and not at all helpful.

I love Tropical Smoothie, but this location clearly has some serious customer service and order accuracy issues. Super disappointed.
