Had to change my rating to one star because it doesn’t offer the choice of zero stars. I have frequented this place for 6 months due to the close proximity to where I was living. And the last three times we have ordered here have been terrible. I ordered online and got home to notice that I was missing items and had incorrect items. So back to restaurant we go to get the right food. And they’re rude about even correcting it. By the time we sat there waiting for it all the rest of our food was cold.Wasted $ $40 . And now again today another wasted $40 on missing food that they won’t even give me now told us to talk to the manager who convienetly isn’t there… smh the worst part is they force ya to tip them on carry out so I had to tips these idiots to not give me the food I paid for repeatedly. I would suggest avoiding this Waffle House especially on weekends.

Crowded. Eaited a long time to get our food. Our waitress left us to wait on a bigger group. Another waitress got our food, drink refills, etc. When I asked, the cashier said our tip HAD to go to the waitress who took our order. So the person who did the least for us got our 18% tip. I only hope the waitresses pool their gratituties.

Good was adequate. Server didn't really know what some of the items were, seemed a little confused. Maybe new?The actual restaurant was filthy. A huge bag of garbage at the counter. Good and garbage bits all over the floor.The women's bathroom was the cleanest part of the restaurant.

Dirty table even when Sarah attempted to clean it twice.Place a simple order Texas Patty Sandwich. I just asked for no onionsThey actually took the sandwich back, peeled off cheese, picked a few onions off, and reserved. Absolutely ridiculous. Then I sent it back after showing her the onions are still stuck to cheese on the bread. I asked for a 3rd attempt for open face just leave off the bread and onions. They reserved the meal with no bread, no onion, and No Cheese. Again, it's ridiculous. Now, the bacon is 3 times heated like cardboard. This meal was absolutely the worst.If I could give a negative 10 review, I would.
