Super clean dining area. Very attentive and affable staff & store manager. Everything you would expect from your local Ormond beach Wendy's.
The limited time only Snickerdoodle frosty was especially fine. Whoa!.

They could not give change! There were not enough kids working to get the orders out in a timely manner The food was hot and not reheated.. I ordered baconator fries and a chocolate frosty. The portions are much smaller and the rice is much higher. Manager needs more or better help, or maybe new manager. It was darkly lit. Lights either not on or burned out or not enough. Quit cutting portions. Dark, badly managed

The only reason I've eaten here is because it's so close, but they get the orders wrong more often than not. Even when I'm the only customer there (drive-thru and inside included). It's honestly crazy how they can't even follow their own menu. I'm not ordering custom stuff.

I waited 20 minutes for a single Junior bacon. Cheeseburger, there was no one in the drive-thru line and there was like six people waiting inside of the dining area waiting for their food that they ordered and the employees are literally standing around in a group discussing schedule shifts and who's going to go on what because that person can't make sandwiches and that person needs to be on the fry station. I just cancel my order and left. I can never return back to that place to waste my time. It literally seems like it was everyone's first day.

I have no idea if the food is good at this one. The last 3 times I been there I'm left sitting at the drive thru speaker without anyone saying anything to me. They can only handle one car at a time it seems. I've worked at Wendy's and know what you're supposed to do and leaving me sitting there isn't it.
