The dining area was disgusting, tables were dirty, floor was sticky and dirty, bathroom was dirty, the drink area was gross and there weren't any lids, staff were carrying on and very loud doing nothing and leaving one of the cashiers doing everything.

This was THE SCARIEST Wendy's I've EVER been too. 2 druggie nodding out at a table when we walked in. Needed internet for my laptop..will look elsewhere from now on.

Has went down tremendously within the past 6 months, the new management just keeps changing the staff with no regards to them or their life! There used to be the same group of young people working there whenever I attended and they seemed to have passion and love their jobs! Now it’s someone new every time I go in and they’re all rude and disrespectful.

The guy at the window has been the same person the past 3 times I've went thru the drive thru. He is the rudest person ever. Not sure if he just doesn't like people or white people in general. He better take a step back before he offends the wrong person. I'm going to be reporting his rudeness to the corporate office. That's how bad he is.

Food order was received hot and fresh. My only gripe is Wendy's corporate wants everyone to utilize their app when ordering. What makes absolutely no sense is that when placing a mobile order, it does not allow you to order iced tea through the app, even though you can order it in the restaurant! Other fast food chains offer tea in their mobile menus so what's the deal with Wendy's? I asked the drive through employee that question and his answer was, "he has been working there quite a while and I've asked myself that same question. I have no idea why that is." Com'on Wendy's offer all your drink options like everyone else does.
