My boyfriend and I approached this location one hour before closing as we were on our way home from a concert. We both ordered three piece tender meals. However, upon opening the box we were met with the entire bottom soaking in oil/grease. One meal was a Cajun dry rub, and due to the amount of oil, all he could taste was you guessed it, the oil. I could not enjoy my Mild flavor tenders as the oil ruined the flavor. I understand we approached the location one hour prior to closing, but you should still put out quality food. We have never experienced this at any other location for Wingstop. Highly disappointed.

I placed an order for 20 regular wings and 10 boneless wings and a large fry and veggies and when I received my order, the 10 boneless wings were missing. Not a big deal, things happen. I called the restaurant repeatedly to where the automated system would answer and then hang up on me after 40 minutes of attempted phone calls. I got nowhere then I proceed to sample the wings I did receive and it appeared that they had been cooked seven hours prior and sat under a heat lamp until they were plated for my order. I will definitely stick with Hooligans going forward.

Ordered food online and it wasn’t ready. I was told that they were backed up with 16 orders and it would be a minute before they get to my order. I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t do that right now because it would take too long to long into the computer to give me my money back. I left in hopes that there would be a refund processed back to my card for an order that I didn’t pick up because it was not ready and didn’t seem like it would be ready ever.

Absolute WORST customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. The manager “K” or whatever her name is, is nasty and RUDE to people just calling to make a wrong order right. She will take ZERO responsibility and place all blame on 3rd party delivery services. Even if you placed an order through wingstop.com for delivery the store will NOT make it right. DoorDash will not help either since the order was placed through wingstop. If you don’t like your job K, maybe you should find another one. That is not how anyone in your line of work should act, especially if you’re a “manager”.

If I could give 20 stars I would not only is the food better than perfection hot fresh amazing the customer service was absolutely stunning on point I rated 1000 out of 1000%. I will definitely be coming back here just because the customer service alone I haven’t even tried food yet except a few fries, and they are bomb Not too salty, nice hot and fresh. I can’t wait to dig into these wings and look amazing. The customer service will absolutely amazing. Give these girls a raise all of them.

My experience at WingStop was very pleasant, everyone greeted me with a warm “Welcome To Wingstop “ , the food was amazing and fresh , made sure I had everything I needed, as well as offering free boneless wings once I complete my survey , will definitely be back

Wingstop cooked my chicken exactly how I like it without me having to ask for it to be double fried. I don’t know anyone who works here, but the general manager was very kind and professional, and the store was clean.

Some employees were loud, but the service was fast, and the manager clearly runs the store well. This is one of the quickest Wingstop locations I’ve been to, and I prefer it over the Daytona Beach location.

The girl working at the cashier is rude and disrespectful doesn’t know to talk to people she doesn’t know customer service when asked for her manager she started talking to me crazy she has piercings in her face she and braces she should not be allowed in the front

Was not impressed with this establishment. Food was ok, was a little overdone. The fries were cold when got them. The two employees couldn’t handle have five orders of food to cook. Not going back to Wingstop

I have always heard great things about Wing Stop and was really excited to try it.
I was so disappointed. The wings were rubbery and not flavorful at all. The fries were way too salty and soggy on top of it. My husband and kids felt the same way about their food. I’m not sure if this was just a random occurrence but we were not at all impressed. We might give them another chance but for now, this was not the best first impression.

First time trying Wingstop. Great deals online and food is ready quickly. Staff is super friendly and restaurant is very clean. Nice they let you choose more than one seasoning for a 20 piece wing dinner. Tried the Louisiana rubber, yum. The mild and the parmeson garlic boneless wings with seasoned fries. Will definitely order here again.
