Rude ladies in there working. Cold soggy fries. Long wait. Dirty tables. Shameful, being it is a new place. Better wing spots around. Won’t be back.

The girl working at the cashier is rude and disrespectful doesn’t know to talk to people she doesn’t know customer service when asked for her manager she started talking to me crazy she has piercings in her face she and braces she should not be allowed in the front

I ordered a 40 piece classic with sauce on the side to go. They gave me 3 small sauces….how is that enough sauce for 40 wings, just made me mad

Was not impressed with this establishment. Food was ok, was a little overdone. The fries were cold when got them. The two employees couldn’t handle have five orders of food to cook. Not going back to Wingstop

I have always heard great things about Wing Stop and was really excited to try it.
I was so disappointed. The wings were rubbery and not flavorful at all. The fries were way too salty and soggy on top of it. My husband and kids felt the same way about their food. I’m not sure if this was just a random occurrence but we were not at all impressed. We might give them another chance but for now, this was not the best first impression.

First time trying Wingstop. Great deals online and food is ready quickly. Staff is super friendly and restaurant is very clean. Nice they let you choose more than one seasoning for a 20 piece wing dinner. Tried the Louisiana rubber, yum. The mild and the parmeson garlic boneless wings with seasoned fries. Will definitely order here again.

I pre-ordered food for pickup an hour ahead, but it wasn’t ready when I arrived. After driving 30 minutes home, we realized both orders of fries were missing. I called the store and was met by a rude employee who said, “You can come get ’em.” I agreed and returned, also noticing about 10 boneless wings were missing. She said she’d replace them. When I mentioned the large ranch cup I paid extra for was missing, she said they didn’t have any and put five small cups in the bag. I explained that two cups come with each meal, so I wasn’t getting what I paid for. I suggested removing the item from the menu if it wasn’t available, and she got upset. She told coworkers she should’ve made them deal with me, and when bringing the food, she acted like she’d hand it to me but instead placed it on the far side of the counter and walked away. The whole experience left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.
