Mad Moe's Sports Pub & Grill

We have eight inside Mad Moes multiple times and we’re always happy with our meal.
We decided tonight to order online pick it up and bring it home. Two of our orders out of four were not what we ordered. It gives you the option to click on what you want on your sandwich. We had not clicked on lettuce and tomato. And when we picked it up and got home, there was lettuce and tomato on both of our orders. I called the restaurant to let them know. He pretty much argued with me with the fact that if I were to read what came on the sandwich that it came with lettuce and tomato. I tried to explain to him that if he goes online that it does give you that option. I did not call them to expect anything for free but the way he treated me on the phone was unacceptable. We spent over $50z Our family will no longer go back to Mad Moes.

What a disappointment.

The chicago beef is literally just shaved meat on dry bread. no cheese, no sauce. Idk what Chicago beef they’re used to but this is NOT it.

The crispy fries were completely soggy. why are you putting crispy fries in the same container as a hot sandwich?? That’s obviously going to make them not crispy 😣

Barbecue chicken pizza was thin cracker like dough, with a bit of cheese, plain dry old chicken chunks, and 14 gallons of barbecue sauce around it. BBQ chicken pizza is supposed to be made with chicken marinated IN the sauce, then the pizza should have a thin layer of marinara, Carmelized or chopped red onions, covered with cheese, and the chopped marinated chicken on it.

$30 for 2 gross takeout dishes that were barely edible… yeah, we won’t be back.

Moe's has a very large L shaped bar with room many.

Some of the best bar food in the Sarasota area with some delicious in-house cocktails and a solid beer selection. We’ve had several different items from the menu. None has disappointed.

Totally amazing, this is my 3rd time here in a month.The first time and the 2nd I had the Big Mac Burger w/ garlic parm fries. Very good, it's a Big Mac on steroids..it does not disappoint and good luck finishing it. Today on my 3rd visit I had the MMM Burger if you like Spicy I highly recommended..Ghost pepper cheese, jalapeño and a spicy special sauce. YUMMY! No i could not finish it. I order it with Onion Rings. Also juicy and good. Oh I almost forgot we had Hot Honey Chicken Wings that was and great start to a awesome meal. Now we waddle home.

Went in today and sat at bar by friends Mike and Tom, only to be told by bartender DANNY that he would not serve us. We had to go to table. This was all due to his firing from being a key . manager at Brewburgers on the island when he acted the very same way. He's pathetic as a boy and as any type of service industry person. Because of him, after coming there at least twice a month year round, we will NEVER set foot in Mad Moe's again. Because he's pathetic, they have just lost 2 consistent year round customers. How he could be employed in any customer service industry is truly beyond me. Never ever go here unless you want to be yelled at and told you will not be served. Furthermore, my wife called and asked for manager and Danny answered and said no and hung up on her. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
