This burrito? Life-changing. I’m not being dramatic — every bite felt like a warm hug from someone who knows how to season meat. The rice was fluffy perfection, the grilled meat had that smoky, just-charred-enough edge, and the cheese melted into the kind of creamy happiness that usually only happens in dreams. The tortilla? Griddled with love. I don’t know what Rigo’s doing back there, but I would 100% attend a TED Talk on it.

And the salsas? The green one flirted with me. The red one slapped me and called me “mijo.” Both were perfect.

Even the chips were next-level — crunchy, golden, and clearly not an afterthought. I would trust these chips with my secrets.

I’ve eaten in fancy restaurants that charged me $38 for a dish with the word “foam” in it — and I’d STILL choose this burrito 10 times out of 10.

“Food truck is conveniently located, in a spot with plenty of parking and easy to navigate in/out. They were very quick with their friendly service. I ordered several burritos, tacos, and sopes which only took about 10 minutes for them to crank out! Asada was a little over seasoned, but overall everything tasted great!“

“Excellent!! I have been wanting to try this place for a while now, and so glad that I stopped in today! I read a lot of reviews - and I think it’s a given that when someone has a negative experience they are going to tell the world, but people need to get better about sharing positive experiences.

I got the taco salad bowl and it was perfect. The bag of chips on the side were delicious too! The two guys I encountered inside were super nice and friendly.
