“It was okay. I really enjoyed the mangonada! Service was super friendly, but the tacos were just okay. Even with all the trimmings. 2.50 for each Taco.

I was hoping they would be juicier and have more flavor. These satisfied a hunger craving, but it's not enough to make me come back.

The atmosphere would have been better if they had control of the flies. Again...I'm not opposed to being outside eating, but there were so many flies because of the trash cans being close to the truck.

Parking: Parking lot is shared with the motel next to it.“

“I've traveled all over Florida and Marifer's is THE BEST. Sometimes I eat here twice in a weekend...it's that good. I recommend their Carnitas, Pastor and Elote. There are a lot of taco trucks in Gibsonton these days but Marifer's has been here for years.“

“Best asada and pastor tacos I’ve had in a long time ! Literally the best I’ve found in Florida and I’m hard to impress as I travel to Texas regularly and have access to awesome Mexican food. You do have to wait but it’s well worth it and everything was so hot and flavorful ! Will be returning !! “We really enjoy Trivia Night. However, service is poor. We visit every Wednesday with our family. This past week was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was alone for a bit this week and had my laptop and books spread out on the table. It was impossible not to notice my setup. The waitress had one other table and it was right next to me. I waited over 30 minutes before going inside and ordering a drink. She said she didn’t see me. We made eye contact multiple times. I’m sure she probably thought the big party was a big tip. However, the rest of my family was joining me. We tip well, so definitely her loss.“

The cashier was very personable! He suggested some great options and clearly explained what some of the differences were between their beef options. Many different protein options to choose from. There were even some snack (candy and chip items for purchase near check out). So excited to return to try other menu items!“

“If you like tacos and want variety, go here. It's set up like Chipotle where you create your own taco or bowl. Since I came after 2pm for a late lunch, it was only $8 for three tacos. They have fried corn and flour tortillas and many options from veggies to meats and lots of toppings. The roasted corn sauce paired nicely with my tacos. They have margaritas, desserts, and a more fancy soda fountain. There's inside and outdoor seating.“

I left my eyeglasses there and when I noticed I immediately called back and spoke with the owner the next morning to ask if anyone turned them in and if not, could they review their camera. She wasn't willing to help, and she offered many excuses. She had a nonchalant attitude. Why have a camera system if they are refusing to check it when needed. After numerous requests from me insisting she follow up; finally, she took my name but still I have not heard back from her or anyone else at this establishment. “A humble fast casual restaurant with really nice staff and the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had! This is no Americanized menu. There are tacos, quesadillas, sopes, and tamales, and each one looks better than the last. You can even have a bowl! The tortilla was crispy, the mozzarella cheese was generous, and the chicken was delicious! The chicken was chopped into small pieces, sauteed in something incredible, and had fresh cilantro sprinkled on top. Whenever I'm close by, I'll be eating here and trying their sopes next!“

There was an outside area with life size games with restaurant next door selling refreshers and breakfast food until 2pm -owned by the same owner of El Chapo Tacos.
