First time being at the taco truck. When I go to the restaurant next door which I consider okay. Being off Mexican dissent, I grew up eating all the traditional Mexican dishes. Despite them not having all the meats I prefer, like tripa, lengua, and cabeza, their barbacoa was really good. I’d give 5 stars if they had the other meats but so far I’m impressed by the barbacoa. The barbacoa gorditas are an absolute MUSTTT TRY! The morning gets busy so you might want to call your order ahead. The workers are wonderful! Great service and the ambiance is a whole vibe. It's one of those hidden gems
