Your drive lane time shouldn't matter as much as your food quality and service. Food came out way to fast to force me to the third window for a burnt chiken sandwitch with the spicy sauce and tomatoes stacked on the edge of the sandwitch. Big mac came out sloppy joe like with pickles stacked on one side to and letuce everywhere. Chef!!! Cmon!!! Manager, stop worrying about your time stamps and worry about customer quality over your quantity oker
New kiosk only McDonald's. Placed a mobile order, app says it's ready but not on the shelf. Employees Will literally look at you from the kitchen and don't acknowledge you at all. At least my fries were hot when I got them
Lately, this location has had better food (fresh) and service than any other location around my. The night crew was especially friendly and I’m turning my old one star review to 5–because employees change and so does the service. I hope the current crew stays for the long run.

McDonald's offers a variety of food, including the McRib meal and burritos. Customer experiences have varied, with some enjoying fantastic service, such as an older gentleman who provided great hospitality and engaged in friendly conversation. He even ensured that customers had everything they needed, like jelly and napkins. However, there are concerns regarding dietary options, as some customers noted a lack of healthy choices, and those with dietary restrictions may find the menu unsuitable. The mobile app and pick-up service have been criticized for being slow and inefficient. Despite these issues, some customers found this location to be one of the best McDonald's they have visited. The staff was described as friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, although there were some technical difficulties with the auto kiosk. Overall, the team at this location was recognized for their good teamwork and fresh food. The evening staff and management at the 78th street and palm river location may still need improvement.
