La Central Tacos is definitely one of the best taco places in Tampa, an authentic spot with the most flavorful tacos. The food is amazing, delicious, incredible, and always fresh. The Asada, carnitas, Birria, and arrachera/barbacoa tacos are all cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The warm, house-made tortillas are excellent. The chips and salsa and consomé are also delicious and awesome, made with fresh ingredients. The service is superb, attentive, charismatic, super friendly, and helpful. Everyone is so nice and treats you like a member of their family. The atmosphere has great vibes with charming and unique decor. It is a great neighborhood favorite taco spot that needs to be on your list.
