Very good selection of appetizers and main dishes. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the alligator in the lobster tank, and visiting the parrots and gators after a tasty meal!
Do NOT order food from the bar qr code. It took nearly 2 hours and half our table had already left. Not only do you have to tip when you order, there is a 3% surcharge on beer and food. No one ever cane back in to see if the order was right or if anything else was needed. I will say the bartender was very noce and the view and band great.
I brought so many friends and family here for lunch , dinner and airboat rides. I live two minutes from here. The last two times the staff in gift shop was not customer service friendly. More lazy. First time The girl owe me 55 cents for my change and told me she doesn’t have the change and then I said can you get it from the Restaurant. She thought it was ok not giving me my change.
