“Stopped in for Sunday brunch and was pleased with the brunch options! Bianca was our server and was very attentive, refilling our drinks before having to ask and making good menu recommendations. Hubby and I split the brunch burger and estate burger and both were delicious, although I liked the brunch one better. The star burger was a bit saltier than I like but still delicious. My daughter got the mushroom Swiss and she enjoyed it!“

“So we all know Steak n Shake has gone down a bit after covid, with the kiosks and all, but I just had a wonderful experience with Gabe! He was so attentive with everybody in the restaurant, taking away trays, anticipating people's needs, offering help for literally everything while not being hovering in any way. The world would be better with more Gabes.“

“Walked in not knowing what to expect… ambiance and service was amazing and welcoming, our server Kyle was awesome! He made great recommendations and brought us out J.T.’S KETTLE CHIPS- Potato Chips, Gorgonzola Cheese, Scallion, Roma Tomato, Bacon- probably the best app I’ve had all year!! The hummus with Brussel sprouts and roasted cauliflower was insane…will definitely be back on next trip to Orlando! We need one in Cali!“

“Used to go and they always had peanuts out..didn’t see and didn’t think it ask. I ordered a burger with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and A1. But for some reason the girl put in order as the junior. Prices have sure gone up since I have been but it was still one of the best burgers I have had in forever. And I was actually glad they put in for the junior as I never would have been able to finish the regular size. I was just bummed I couldn’t order fries. Was going in for an MRI later in the day and it would have been too hard laying in the machine on such a full stomach. lol will definitely go back“

“I don’t his last name but I’ve seen him a couple times on the night shift. Brian has great things coming his way. Every single time I go he has a huge smile, reviews my order to me to make sure it’s right, and always tells me to have a great night. Superior service every time. We need more Brian’s in the service industry. You can FEEL hes happy to serve. Best wishes to you bud.“

“The young lady who finally acknowledged me at the front counter was very sweet and helpful. I wanted a specific menu item but wanted to change a topping and she was super patient with my questions and very helpful with suggestions. She even suggested one I hadn't thought of! Got exactly what I wanted and it was deee-licious! You should maybe consider having her train the rest of the kids how to smile and acknowledge someone when they make eye contact with a guest, even if they're busy doing another task. Just saying....“

“The ice cream machine was working! I wanted a comfort treat, so I got the Caramel Sundae. It was quick and I was able to order at the register. Several kiosks if you prefer to order through them
