Overwhelming service, underwhelming food. The temperature and the proportions, the portion of meat has gone significantly down. Particularly in the club grilled sandwich. It’s like the size of the breast has gone smaller and thinner. But the cost is up. $9.50 for just a sandwich? Really unbelievable given that the size. The taste is mediocre. You could get three McChicken’s for the price. And they would be warmer, and have a better aftertaste. The artisan bread, it’s soft, but always at some sort of room temperature. And falls apart very easily. The cheese is very thin. They offer no sauce on the sandwich itself. You have to put it on yourself. It’s just a lot of money for very mediocre taste. So unappealing that I’m motivated to write this review. Particularly given any number of people involved in taking my order, it was like a swarm of humans. I don’t know why they can’t spend less money on the people and more money on the food quality if they’re gonna be charging me 2 to 3X McDonald’s for half the taste memory. Really unfortunate waste of money.

Yes we all know chick-fil-a always has welcoming well trained employees. However this location has beyond exceptional team. I door dash a frequently pick up here and they treat me as part of the team and not a nuisance like most restaurants treat food delivery workers. Thank you and keep up the good work.

My Family and I always enjoy coming here. We have kids 5 and under. I often get stranded on my work laptop while they play and eat. It's hard for me to get up for a refill or anything. Alyssa went over and beyond making sure my kids had a great time. Refilled our drinks , threw away our trash and exchanged their toys for ice creams on the way out . Made the experience and helped me out. We will be back soon! Thank you for all you do!

I was excited to use my reward points on a cookie (I know lame) and when I opened the bag, the cookie was underbaked and still basically a ball of heated dough that fell apart in my hands. So disappointed the points were used for this :(
