Had my son go to Chick-fil-A today on a Monday and got the worst service ever ever ever they just forgot to put a pickle on my sandwich and then they forgot my Polynesian sauce now why in the world will I eat ranch dressing when I’m not at McDonald’s to me poor service poor gathering everything I’m not happy and I spent over $30 for a meal for two people isn’t that something very very very bad

I visited this location today with my family and 4-month-old baby. While the food was standard, I was very disappointed by the service from a tall male staff member. I observed him being very warm and proactive with other families nearby, but when he served our table, he set the food down coldly and walked away without saying a single word. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and made us feel unwelcome as an Asian family. We expected a more professional and inclusive environment here

Employees are very courteous and trained well. They ask if need help / being served.
Parking lot can be busy / hard to get spot during popular times.
Drive thru usually busy; recommend walking in for pickup.

Love this place but when I go in I’m hoping that the older woman with the long hair isn’t working the counter. As a man, my name isn’t sweetie or lovely or darling and that’s how I’m referred to when she’s on the register. Show some respect to the customers like every other counter employee does. Today I was asked by her, what I did for Thanksgiving, what my plans were today and on and on. I’m thinking….I just want my biscuit to be on my way. There’s nice but it’s just way over the top with this lady.
