The employees are really nice but the coffee is always disgusting. Takes burnt and bitter. I go back thinking “this time it should be better” but it’s not. Both Dunkin’s in Oviedo serve terrible coffee.

I went through the drive-through before work this morning and got a frozen coffee butter pecan I asked for extra whip cream got charged for it and I asked for an espresso shot. She told me there is no espresso shots in the coffee. I said I know I that’s why I asked for one and she was just so rude, she has no business being a customer service. It was the person running the drive-through at seven this morning. Don’t know what her name was, but certainly will not ever go there again.

I went here today to get breakfast, and I went to order a bagel with cream cheese and they were out of all bagels!!! Then I was gonna get the mini bagel bites with cream cheese filling in it, and they were out of it to!!! so then I just got mini hash browns, and when I receive my hash browns, I knew from past orders that they were supposed to be in like a little chicken nugget box, but instead they were in a little mini bag with 4 mini hash browns, I was so mad, because I was starving to. And then I went to order and clam my points and there scanner was broken so I could even clam my points. Worst Dunkin' ever.

I was second in line in the drive through and it was 10 minutes before the person in front of me was able to give their order and then, when I was up, I had to wait at least 10 minutes before I could place my order. Very understaffed, poorly run. Will be going to another place, farther away and will still probably get my order faster...

I should’ve made this a while ago. Tbh was gonna call to speak to a manager but I’m just gonna leave a review. I’ve gone to this location probably 20 times and every single time my order is wrong. There were a couple times I had to go inside to have them fix it instead of just suffering and drinking the mess ups and I was kind and friendly and I was met with arguing and animosity. I’m unsure what the attitudes are for when this location is usually never busy. The staff needs to be retrained. Even menu items are just horribly made. I took a break and started driving to the one next to Lowe’s and that location is spectacular. Staff is so friendly and sweet and they make the coffees perfect.I was in a hurry and went to this location again and of course my drink is wrong again and I’m just over it. Maybe management will see this and fix it. To consistently go this often and never have a good experience is a problem.

Terrible! Sat for a long time before even greeted at the drive thru, had to give the order (2 coffees) three times) had to ask for the second coffee twice at the window. When I asked what was going on, the inept girl laughed...a bunch of incompetent people there. Not the first time with bad and rude service at this location.
