Ordered 25 dollars worth of breakfast and gave a 3 dollar tip. Croissants sandwiches were cold. The egg was cold, cheese was cold-disgusting to eat. Extremely disappointed. Tried to call but no one answers.
I’ve given this location more chances than I probably should have over the years because every so often it seems like things improve, but unfortunately the service always ends up declining again.
I’ve had multiple mobile orders that I either never received or arrived to find out they were out of an item. In those situations, I’ve never received a refund. There have also been several occasions where I’ve waited over 30 minutes for my order, only for it to be incorrect...read full review

I love this Dunkin location! The staff is friendly, the food is great, and I love the way they make my drinks (they put the right amount of cold foam). Caitlyn was at the front counter and she was phenomenal!

The employees are friendly, with the manager, Tee, and staff like Malik and Mr. Q standing out for their warm interactions. A mishap with a coffee order led to disappointment due to the lack of apology and professionalism from the drive-through server. Customers receive 4-5 tiny hash browns with their order, and it's important to specify "hot" when ordering to avoid ice coffee since ice is now the default. While they do not have soy milk, almond and oat milk options are available. The donut holes can be a bit dry, but wake-up wraps and sausage egg & croissants are tasty. Parking is good, and service has improved recently, with orders being prepared quickly, even before payment. The staff's speed makes young children happy by getting their donuts and hash browns fast. Overall, the experience has turned around, with many customers feeling like they are treated like family and appreciating the team's efforts to create a welcoming environment.
