I went there right before an event with my friend and I am glad we came early in the car she ordered her drink I ordered mine inside and I got my drink at least 30 minutes before her. She went up to the counter to talk to them twice. It wasn’t even a large order she just got a sausage cheddar sandwich and a simple summer refresher. She couldn’t even enjoy it there she had to bring it with her.
I recently visited your location in Oviedo, Fl on Mitchell Hammock Rd. I have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had at any of your Starbucks locations (and I've been a loyal customer for many yrs). I placed my order through the drive thru and I had the pleasure of having Dillon as my very customer focused cashier.
