First Watch

I’ve always been a fan of First Watch, this particular location is incredibly loud though, it’s very hard to hear the people at your table. But service is usually good, and I’m pretty satisfied with the food. I am gluten free and always get a skillet hash with GF toast.

My first experience was 26 plus years ago, the quality and atmosphere has been consistent 99% of the time. We go there once a week and it feels like home every time. Blessings to the Staff and Leaders.

First time here and it was amazing! From the iced tea to the frittata, everything impressed us! Appreciate the kind service as well. Healthy options with calorie info, as well! Can’t wait to bring the family and try the pumpkin donut holes 🍳 🎃

First Watch on the corner of Alafaya and Mitchell Hammock never disappoints. The staff is consistently courteous, and the restaurant, seating areas, and restrooms are always well maintained. My server today was Abby—a familiar face who is always so pleasant and welcoming. Wait times are usually short (except Sundays, which is to be expected), and there’s plenty of parking available. I ordered my go-to, the Chicken Pesto Bowl, and as always it was fresh, flavorful, and filling. Highly recommend this location for great food and friendly service.

What a perfect start to my day! From the moment I sat down, the service was outstanding. My waitress went above and beyond—she even brought out a bowl of ice water for my dog right away, which I truly appreciated.

She was incredibly attentive, always making sure my tea stayed full without me having to ask. On top of that, the new breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth trying.

It’s not often that great food and thoughtful service come together so seamlessly, but First Watch nailed it this morning. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Began eating my food but noticed that breakfast came swimming in a tremendous puddle of oil. I advised/showed the server who was largely indifferent. I only got I’ll let them know.
