Our waitress was efficient and accommodating. The buffalo chicken sandwich was fantastic. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the Mac and cheese was terrible. It was like noodles in milk… gross. I’ll definitely go back but will order something other than the Mac and cheese for a side.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s got a good vibe to it! But, i’ve had a few issues. One time, i had a hair in my food. Another time, my wings tasted raw. I felt sick after that so, didn’t return. Service was okay, kind of mediocre. Didn’t wow me unfortunately.

Always on point! My favorite gators spot in central Florida! Been to many since the 90s. All great with the food and service. But this one consistently nails it! Always pleased and full!

The food was amazing, cooked perfectly. The beer was cold. But the best part was the service. Robert is the best server we’ve had in any restaurant. Extremely laid back and personable. We’ve had him as our server twice now and he makes it such an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend. Also, very family friendly. My boy’s love that there’s an arcade car racing game and claw machines to keep them busy. The gator on display also excites them :)

It was a busy night. The server was right on top of it. Even though he was taking care of a table of 12 adjacent to us.

Had a genuinely terrible experience where our food was cold and stale, and services took multiple hours. Gave a lot of grace as we were a larger group with kids. Later found out the waitress lied to use about how gift cards work and stole a double tip portion. (Because we left a cash tip after she tipped herself from the gift card.)

A group of friends and I went last Friday night got there around 10:30 and as we walked in they told us they were closed
We asked what time they close and they said midnight! Hour and a half before closing time and they said kitchen was already breaking down. Of course we left! The lady was very rude to us and won’t be going back

We ordered nacho when they bought out nachos they were very skimpy on serving and plain then after we told her how skimpy they are another plate of nacho came out was correct also ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich I laughed at the size and barely any meat we go to other gator dockside no problem with skimpy on the food. Won’t be back there !!!!!
