Absolutely disappointed in this establishment
A group of friends and I went last Friday night got there around 10:30 and as we walked in they told us they were closed
We asked what time they close and they said midnight! Hour and a half before closing time and they said kitchen was already breaking down. Of course we left! The lady was very rude to us and won’t be going back

We ordered nacho when they bought out nachos they were very skimpy on serving and plain then after we told her how skimpy they are another plate of nacho came out was correct also ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich I laughed at the size and barely any meat we go to other gator dockside no problem with skimpy on the food. Won’t be back there !!!!!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the Oviedo location. While the food itself was delicious, the service and portion sizes were a huge letdown. The amount of food I received was shockingly small, especially considering what I paid. On top of that, they forgot to include the extras I specifically asked for and paid for. It’s incredibly frustrating when you pay for something and it’s just not delivered. I really expected better from this location. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Our server Stephen was amazing, and the food came out fast, however, all our food was bland, small portions, and tasted like it was microwaved. Gator's quality has seriously declined. The prices were not worth the quality of food. Gator appetizer and the wings were tiny, and the seafood pasta tasted like it was made weeks ago. The bathroom was also incredibly dirty especially for a restaurant; if they cant properly clean the bathroom that the customers see, whats going on in the kitchen behind closed doors?

I have been to multiple Gators Dockside locations and this location in Oviedo is by far the worst one. The service is terrible. Paid for All You Can Eat Wings and the service was slow.. We clocked it and wings was coming out every 25-35 minutes. It was my birthday today 12/23 when my brother told the hostess and multiple waitresses that he would like for them to sing Happy Birthday to me (I found out after we left) & they never did. I don't recommend this Gators unless you wanna wait over 25-35 minutes for 6 wings to come out, Yup.. 6 Wings lol

So much fun with my girls playing darts and eating lunch together. Very lovely service from a sweet girl.

We had a great time at Gators Oviedo for lunch! Started out with pretzel bites which were yummy! Their birria quesadillas were the best we’ve had compared to other restaurants and of course the grilled wings were delicious as usual. Our server Brittney gave us outstanding service, always making sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend this location!

This was the third time we dined here recently. On each occasion the host said a server will be right with you. Each time we waited for 10+ minutes for a server to arrive to take drink orders. And each time it took another 10+ minutes to get our drinks.
Servers spend too much time socializing with each other and are inattentive to customers.

Only visited once this particular location. I ordered jerky wings and plain grilled. I told the hostess that i just wanted plain grilled wings with salt and pepper, but they were bland with no seasoning, and the jerk toss tasted more like bubble gum.
The staff was really nice. I had higher expectations given the fact that they've been known in the past for their unique grilled wings. There's definitely room for improvement. I wish them the best of luck.

Our experience with the server was quite disappointing. She seemed frustrated about serving our table of 14 and made a sarcastic comment about a long wait for our food. When I asked if we should leave, she revised her estimate to around 20 minutes. Additionally, she lied and told us there were no kids' menus, but the host later provided one when we asked. Her attitude and apparent frustration throughout the evening made us feel uncomfortable. We hope this feedback leads to improvements in service. Aside from the server the restaurant overall was nice and the food was good. They have great deals.

Our server Shannon was great, however upon our entrance on a Saturday night during fall college football, disappointed that we had to request the channels to be changed to the UF Gators, UCF Knights and USF Bulls games. After talking to multiple servers and two managers (Matt) two of the games were changed. Hadn’t been there for over a year based on these issues (as well as service) and after less than a stellar evening we won’t be returning. Back to Ale House.
