Kai Asian Street Fare - Oviedo Food Factory

Our first and last order at this dump. Unfortunately we had the Kai Winter Park location to compare it to so please spend the high prices on comparable food. The award winning wings had little flavor and tasted old/ stale. Garlic noodles were horrendous and only tasted like parmesan. All other meats were either dry or chewy. Place was a ghost town and host was on their phone which should have been a sign. Stay far away!

Online it said this places served pho but when we got there the server said they don’t have any soups at all. I asked him if we could sit on the outside tables and he said “you can sit anywhere you’d like”. I placed an order of chicken fried rice and an order of edamame ($27 total), we sat outside right in front of the restaurant entrance/window. After waiting about 30 minutes I walked inside and my order was sitting on the counter in a to go bag. I asked for utensils and soy sauce because there was none in the bag. When we sat outside, the edamame had no salt, I went back inside and the server was bothered that I asked for salt “we don’t use salt, the soy sauce is salty” but then he went to the kitchen and came back with a cup of salt. The chicken fried rice was extremely bland, chicken was dry and had no seasoning. For this area the service was shockingly terrible.

i'm so pissed, I got the KFC wings and they're not even breaded, how are these your award-winning KFC wings! The sauce is also super runny, I'm pregnant so I was really looking forward to these. Chef just basically said that they don't always bread them because some people don't like them breaded. Don't I get a say in that? Lol.

I had the taste for Asian. Just moved to Oviedo and I think I found my spot for amazing food and atmosphere ! Upon walking in Kaila ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she sat us down brought some waters took out order and within minutes started to receive our food. The Cucumber salad was refreshing! The Chicken Boa Buns were delicious, the potstickers were great as appetizers! The Chicken Mix and Match bowl was delicious but my favorite was the Chicken wings! Man oh man mind you I came in at 8 and left at 830 service was Fresh, Fast and Fantastic! If I could give this place 10 stars I would I definitely recommend this place for all Foodies or Asian food lovers ! 10 out of 10

In the past few months, I’ve built up a natural distaste for Krab Rangoon. I like it sometimes but usually not. As I waited for my food however, I decided to try this restaurant’s Krab Rangoon and I was pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering. It had the perfect temperature and cheese to Krab ratio. It tasted so different from other Krab Rangoons I’ve had in the past, but that’s what made it the best. 5 ⭐️s.

I come here often and have never been disappointed, chicken wings again best in Orlando. Everyone there is so nice and friendly, I love the atmosphere that surrounds them. Will continue to stop by and enjoy the great food.

Our server was extremely kind, and the location had such a nice and cozy atmosphere to it! I got their Vietnamese garlic noodles with chicken, and it was out quickly, hot, and delicious!
