“Been here multiple times now and it is absolutely delicious, I've been getting the buttered noodles which is only 7 bucks which is a fair price I think. You have the option to add a protein on it but it is extra, so I opt out of that so without any protein it still tastes good, I just wish there was more sauce options for it besides just butter, which is why the food got knocked down a star. The customer service is good and the wait for your order is less then 5 min at most. Great job overall!

“We tried their famous Goat Hotpot today and were not disappointed. There is alot of goat meat, vegetables and noodles in a savory broth. Will come back again.“

“Their pho' is very good. However, they also have a Beef Stew Noodle Soup hidden away on their menu. This is the best soup I have ever eaten. Large cubes of stewed beef, carrots, and rice noodles in a slightly spicy beef broth. I don't add anything. It is perfect as it comes.“

“Friendly service and flavorful food, I really enjoyed the fish cakes, cream cheese rolls, and lemongrass crispy duck. The owner was very nice and attentive. He also gave us thai iced tea on the house. I recommend stopping at Mei’s Supermarket, which is where the restaurant is located.“

“I normally do not make bold claims about any establishment but I will say this.... China 1 is the best out of all the asian restaurants I used to eat at! Now I only want to eat from China 1! The food actually has flavor! I would gladly do business with this restaurant again!
(If you look at my previous reviews you will see that I don't give out 5 stars just to anyone, you truly have to earn 5 stars from me and this place earned it!)

“Okay my first time here was not such a great experience but I spoke with the owner and he went out of his way and made this a beautiful experience I was kind of feeling guilty afterwards he did so much thank you so much for having great tasting food and restoring my opinion on this place please come here as the food is wonderful and authentic!!! Dim sum is banging!!!“

“My daughter and I have been here many time and we don’t mind driving the nearly 30 miles, so we can eat here. Food is always hot and freshly made. There isn’t a big menu but plenty to choice from. Portion are just enough to leave you satisfied.“
