Pizza Hut Express

Today I ordered online and after delivery I realized my order was incorrect so I contacted my local Pizza Hut to rectify the situation. I was told delivery would take 30 min or more so I opted to pick up my order. I enter the establishment to be greeted by Alex Sykes. Just had a terrible experience with this location. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me TWICE. The third time I called the manager answered and was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence as soon as I said I was calling to voice my discontent with my recent order she cut me off and wouldn’t allow me to get a word in. Not exactly sure what y’all don’t understand about extra sauce and extra cheese and a crust flavor but I got none of it, then call to tell you and you send me another pizza exactly like the first one! Dry, no sauce is even detectable, no extra cheese no flavored crust, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere! Disappointed!
