I just left and very disappointed. No one was there to help me. I called out three times waited for about five minutes patiently giving them time in case they were doing something in the back, and I finally left. Lost my business!

I've never had any issues until today. I ordered a Flatbread sandwich with Maple Sweet Potatoes that were so disgustin, I wouldn't even serve them to my dog. They put the discarded parts, the ones that were black spotted and still had some skin on it with worm holes thru the skin, the parts you would usually discard. This is the best Oviedo location - I'll drive an extra 10 minutes and pass the one on Red Bug to come here. Their quality is just much better and more consistent. The last time we went, I overheard a staff member saying she burnt my son's sandwich a little by accident, and she immediately took the time to quickly remake it without hesitation. I do wish they would empty their garbage cans more often, but that's just a nitpick! Definitely give them a try.
