Today I ordered online and after delivery I realized my order was incorrect so I contacted my local Pizza Hut to rectify the situation. I was told delivery would take 30 min or more so I opted to pick up my order. I enter the establishment to be greeted by Alex Sykes. Alex gave me my pizza and I asked if he could open the pie to check my order was correct and instead I received a reply that he doesn’t need to check. Just had a terrible experience with this location. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me TWICE. The third time I called the manager answered and was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence as soon as I said I was calling to voice my discontent with my recent order she cut me off and wouldn’t allow me to get a word in.
