The food was fine, but the two people running the shift looked like they’d like me to die rather than have to serve me. We came more than an hour before close but they couldn’t have been less pleasant if they tried. Didn’t say a word aside from required communication and I couldn’t get so much as a neutral expression from either one. Half the tables were dirty but they were both in the back when we came in. They also mopped us into the store. They were open for another 45 minutes and if someone had wanted to come in the front door they couldn’t have. Most of us already feel guilty enough for spending money to eat out these days. I don’t need that type of vibe on top of it. We’ll go to island fin poke from now on, thanks.

Went in for an order today with a friend. Customer service is a 50/50 swing of sweet workers or extremely rude and unhelpful workers. Everything was alright until we went to pay and the person at the counter entered in a discount wrong. It wasn’t a big deal but we tried to correct the issue with a second cashier coming over. Not only did he not offer any solution he just kept insisting we were wrong and had a stern unfriendly tone with us. We tried explaining the situation but the man wanted to hear none of it and just kept insisting that it was our fault and that we leave.

I don’t eat sushi but love the hot plates that they also offer at Poke works. The Hulu Hulu chicken plate is my favorite. I do agree with some of the other comments that portion sizes vary on occasion but I will still give them 5 stars because the food is delicious and I eat too much anyway so small portion sizes are actually good for me!

This place rocks. Not only do they have delicious bowls but I ordered online and messed up the order (made things too spicy). I stopped the next day to just inquire what had made it so spicy. The owner helped and gave me a new bowl just the way I liked it. Can’t miss this place and hope it stays around for a long long time. Don’t mess it if you like poke bowls. Can’t say enough good about it
