It’s been 3 times now I have come to this place well before the specifed close time, and was refused service since they were all closed up and ready to go home. Disappointing. If you close 20 minutes before close time, just update the close time mentioned online.

Every time my friend and I come to this Pokeworks, the employee who wears the arm sleeve always has an attitude. When we walk up and see it’s him, we instantly know he’s about to be rude. He has horrible customer service.
The past two times I’ve gotten the salmon poke bowl I have been stabbed by bones while eating it. Not a pleasant experience after dealing with a rude averse employee.
We’ve dined in once before and while sitting there the employees informed us the lobby of the restaurant was “closing” an hour and a half before the actual closing time. Weird place.

The food is fresh and tasted amazing. Friendly staff that was very patient with my family as we tried to figure our meal out. It was very clean and well taken care of.
My only recommendation is to lock the back door. As a customer and only two young employees I felt a little unsafe. I think at night the back door should be locked and a customer should only enter where you can see them in the front door.

Always love going to pokeworks and the staff is always amazing! Angie and Raven are the sweetest and give the most tentative attention to their customers, it’s always a good experience entering their doors!
I went in at 8 pm saturday, like 90 mins before closing and they were preventing people from sitting in the chairs or using the restroom. Even as I was ordering my food, the girl handling my order was telling the other worker to quickly inform the other customers the bathroom was closed. I asked her, “what is lobster surimi” and she said “I have no idea.” And didn’t even try to ask? Then I asked for a spam musubi and she said “we are all out” and then charged 17 dollars for the most mid bowl of poke I’ve ever had. Will not be coming back

Very delicious food. I am a guy who hasn’t had much Poke in my life. Maybe like twice before coming here. But since I’ve been here, I’ve just been wanting to come back and back. I just think it a really cool concept that was executed very well. Like a chipotle or subway but for Poke. The food is of quite good quality, especially the ahi! I love this place and they have great service as well!

Not impressed at all. The flavors were decent but the portions are a joke and the prices are way to high for what you get. I noticed that the employee was weighing the portions, and when I asked about it, I was told that if its not weighed the manager / owner has a fit. Maybe the manager / owner should take a look at a lot of the comments complaining about the portions and prices and make some changes. I run a company with 50 employees and I understand all about needing to make a profit but sometimes you need to listen to your customers. Without them you don't have a business
