I ordered a steak bowl with white rice and black beans, and I requested avocado, which is extra charge. Unfortunately, when I got home, the avocado was rotten and sour. Overall, the food wasn't as good as I remember.

Had catering from pollo tropical twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times, the food was packed perfectly and tasted great! The employees were helpful and even carried the food to my car!

Unfortunately, my last two visits to Pollo Tropical restaurant in Oviedo, Florida have been quite disappointing. In my first experience, I placed an order through the app and received confirmation that it was ready. Upon arriving at the place, I discovered that they hadn't even started preparing my order, and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. Today I decided to give it another chance and went to dinner. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was informed that my order would take...
