This Starbucks is located in a bookstore and therefore has a very special flair?. As Germans in the USA, we were very happy that the service spoke German. Then she said that she emigrated to the USA over 20 years ago.
The service has really improved in the last few months. we are finally getting drinks made the way they should be instead of different each time I order them. I was a little unhappy That they did away with the beyond sausage patty. And the fact that it’s pretty much impossible to get a vegan or even vegetarian food there, because all they do is remove the meat from premade items which kind of defeats the purpose. I've never seen this place to be busy, even though target is always busy. Service is pretty slow. Was there a couple of days ago and waited for about 5 min and my husband didn't like the wait. So we left without drinks. There was only 1 person a head of us and not sure what was taking so long with service.
