Food is inconsistent, never the same taste/combo of ingredients, quesadilla is never fully cut and majority of the time is missing the sauce. And as many other people said, the customer service at this location is horrible.

Shoutout to the team that worked this afternoon 7/21/25 around 2:30-3! Right after I placed my order at least 15 more guest walked in .They worked together as a team to complete and push orders out efficiently. They were also happy to switch out my smoothie. I was glad I was treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. This will always be my favorite location. Thank you for making my day

Tropical Smoothie never disappoints! Everything is delicious especially the acai bowls and smoothies. Service is great too, one time I ordered a food item ahead on the app and didn't notice the location was a different one, arrived here and realized my mistake and told the workers, they refunded me immediately ❤️

So my family and I love Tropical smoothie. However we have been to this location three times and each time the items we ordered were not good. Which is confusing because you would think they would be the same as every other tropical smoothie. Today I ordered an açaí bowl and it was inedible. It was warm and soupy. I’ll go to a different location from now on.

I entered the establishment. I was the only person waiting at the counter. Two people in the front and one in the back. Nobody greeted me, offered to help or asked if I had questions. I unfortunately left the establishment although the menu looked promising. Terrible service is unacceptable.

Ordered Baja chicken wrap. No chicken in the wrap!! 1-18-25, came here again and my strawberry banana smoothie has no flavor. Can't taste any strawberry or banana. Just watered down ice flavor.
These guys drive me crazy. 2nd time in a week they served cold food, uncooked. And my wife told them to cook it. Ice cold when it got to me. These people do not know what they are doing.

The worst staff in any restaurant. They literally act like you are bothering them when they have to do their job. No hello, no greeting, no smile, just terrible customer service. I HAVE to go to this location because it so close, but the same shitty experience is had every time.

Five stars amazing service from Jaclyn! I had an awesome experience at tropical smoothie, and a big part of that was thanks to Jaclyn. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile, and made me feel totally welcome. She was not only super friendly, but also really knowledgeable about the menu and helped me pick the perfect smoothie for what I was craving. Jaclyn went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. My order came out quickly tasted amazing and her positive attitude made the whole visit even better. If you’re stopping by tropical smoothie, I highly recommend going when Jaclyn is working. She’s a total gem and made my day!

I orderd my food to go. I had to go in several times. 1st the Chia banana smoothie tasted off, asked staff to make it again and they reported they were out of some of the ingredients for chia banana smoothie. Why wouldn't you tell me when I ordered it then??? She did make a different smoothie and it was fine. Then they were out of forks for my salad so gave me no utensils. When I asked for a fork, girl with the long black hair said they only had spoons. I tried to eat my salad with a spoon. I didn't receive the extra dressing I paid for so I had to ask for it and the girl had attitude. Then my thai chicken salad had some black beans in it and some weird white stuff so I didn't eat it and threw it out. I will not be back. Poorly trained staff, out of numeorus items, and staff with attitude.

ANY morning I go to this tropical smoothie it’s extremely poor service. There’s a kid named Matthew that really needs to work on his CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. He sits around in the back and you basically have to call out for him so that he can get off his phone and do his job. I’m tired of my time being wasted and feeling like a bother when I’m spending my money anytime I come to this location. hire better staff.

Went in today for lunch and both workers there were so incredibly rude, rolled their eyes and acted bothered. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Way too inconsistent, not at all reliable. I went yesterday and it was fine. Today I got the same order and the smoothie was way too sweet, even though I ordered half sugar, wasn’t blended enough and had chunks of ice. The wrap I bought was missing half the ingredients and just had chicken, a tiny bit of egg, and some beans which weren’t even one of the ingredients listed?!

Service was fantastic. Cali was great. She makes a great smoothie and is a very nice young lady. I’ve only been in this location a few times but every time I come in cali has been there and has made me feel so welcomed.
