“Went tonight, 8pm Monday, wondered why there were no cars in the lot. Went inside and waited 12 minutes. Didn't see an employee anywhere, no one behind the bar either. Just as we decided to leave and go to Longhorn, someone came out from the kitchen. No hi, just "how many?". Told her, you're lucky, we thought you were closed and were just leaving after waiting over 10 minutes. No apology just a Gen Z stare. So we told her never mind and went to Longhorn. We always go to Mugshots on busier nights, 2 to 3 nights a month. Never again on a Monday! Went to leave a review on Google and saw our review from 2 years ago on a Monday, same thing except we actually stayed to eat. Food is always good and a decent value.“
