The girl who works at this location named Brooke has no business working in customer service. She forgot to ring something up and instead of trying to fix what was wrong she storms out and says “Um you didn’t order that so what’s the problem?” So I give her my card and when she comes back to hand it to me she says “you don’t need to snatch your card out of my hand”. I'm a diabetic and I could tell my blood sugar was a little low so I stopped in to get something to eat. I ordered the Frisco burger combo. when they brought me my food The Frisco burger was on plain white sandwich bread. I asked if the bread was supposed to be toasted because I knew it should have been. the guy that waited on me, I believe to be one of the managers, told me that the toaster is broken so they can't toast the bread.
