I wouldn't give this place 1 star if given the choice. The lady up front has a problem. Went here on Sunday evening and upon arrival, she smirked at my dad when he asked if he could use the restroom. After ordering through the com, she tells us to pull forward and we assume the order went through. However, when we get to the pickup window, she says (with an attitude) the order didn't go through. She suggested we go through the line a second time but I think she just didn't want to serve. I'm not sure what type of backwater island she came from or what her dilemma is but we're not used to this type of service coming from West Palm Beach (East). Manager defintely needs to check her.

There was multiple pieces of nails inside my freaking lemonade drink and i can tell they demolish the lemon seed in the drink the same way I can tell the difference between demolish seed and freaking pieces of cut nails in the drink so disgusting.. on top of it , it’s looks and taste like the use the same oil to fray the chicken , the potatoes and fish , it take so long to for them to prepare your order and final but not least it is expensive. Don’t recommend at all , they are abusing that they are literally the only kinda fast food rest.. in Pahokee lame !!! Can’t wait to get the hell out of here.

Customer service was horrible. I don’t know who the woman is that works the front at the cash register but she has poor service as well as manners. The food is good but based on the service I received, it gets one star. I put in an order at 11:30am so that I can be on time for my lunch break at 12pm. Mind you, I ordered it through DoorDash and a driver didn’t show up to pick it up, so I took it upon myself to go and get it. I was denied my own food that was paid for and was told to wait on a door dash driver that hasn’t arrived for almost an 45 mins to a hour. Then I was told to give DoorDash a call in a disrespectful manner while still being denied my food.
Stopped in for lunch got chicken strips and fries it was very good I'll be here for a couple months and will make this a regular

Moe, the guy that works the morning shift at the front is amazing! His customer service is 10/10! I recommend everyone to order at this location! This restaurant is very clean , fast, and professional. I basically tried everything on the menu because I’ve been going there for years!!! I always come out leaving happpy and satisfied! Thank you Moe for great customer service and great quality food! My family and I will always be coming back.
