Although no fault to them, I placed an order through DoorDash and there weren’t any available dashers in the area. I waited an hour prior to driving to the restaurant and the cashier nonchalantly stated that she could not allow me to pickup up my food.
I hope that the owner is reading this because this is a real learning moment. If I hadn’t been desperate to get back to work, I wouldn’t have spent a dime here.
The problem did not come with me having to get in contact with DoorDash to cancel the order but the fact that I was told that I had to wait for my food to be prepared after I paid in cash is a real problem.
It was explained to me that the food isn’t prepared until the dasher steps foot into the door. The attitude was completely unwarranted. We need some conflict resolution embedded in our processes.

The order was called in 15 mins prior to arrival. The lady on the phone has poor customer service. She says “sec” as soon as she answers. Then she rushes you off the phone like your money isn’t green. At least across the street they treat you better. We get there and still had to wait 20 mins. For what? The food isn’t that great for me to continue going here. I care more about customer service than the food. Too bad they don’t care enough to fix the customer service problem. We are done!
On top of this. She messed up my order 🤦🏾♀️. I had to return because you messed up my food and this is what you hand me. REALLY! Wow. Then you wonder why people curse you out and be ready to fight.

Catfish is good! Definitely a hidden gem. The place was clean and the toilet as well.

Great food, however the customer experience needs to step up and be creative and how they handle high volume orders. For my first time I was very disappointed and had to talk to the store manager twice about not getting my simple order combo 4. Almost 45 min wait on a Wednesday evening. Call in orders might be your best choice and avoid waiting times.

I wouldn't give this place 1 star if given the choice. The lady up front has a problem. Went here on Sunday evening and upon arrival, she smirked at my dad when he asked if he could use the restroom. After ordering through the com, she tells us to pull forward and we assume the order went through. However, when we get to the pickup window, she says (with an attitude) the order didn't go through. She suggested we go through the line a second time but I think she just didn't want to serve. I'm not sure what type of backwater island she came from or what her dilemma is but we're not used to this type of service coming from West Palm Beach (East). Manager defintely needs to check her.
