Food was very good and waitress friendly. Excellent views of Lake Okeechobee! Cook came around and introduced himself to make sure everything was fine. It’s worth the trip to Pahokee to have a nice lunch on the Lake! If we had the option for 3 1/2 stars that would be our overall score.

We went over there for dinner. We had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes for food to come out. And then we got only half of the order. At this point we give up. We took half of the order to go. If you come here make sure you have plenty of time it's going to take a long time to get your food. also bring your earplugs the music is so loud, and only rap music.

Beautiful setting and place but food did not impress me but mostly it was the service what made this place so bad… we ordered our lunch and an appetizer and they brought all together after almost 40 mins… place was empty when we arrived.As we left we saw food being taken out so my Gus’s is that carryout orders are faster than done in.Food was salty and the servings were minimal (my pork shop was just a thin slice, dry and salty)Very disappointed as the place is beautiful, peaceful and a great view of the lake.Needs better management!

I had a flat tire on the LOST (Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail) and stopped in to wait for my ride home. The J*** Chicken Salad was one of the best salads EVER and Whitney was a great server. It will be a planned ride stop next time—beautiful lake views!

Chef made an outstanding chicken sandwich that combined with a great view of Lake Okeechobee made for an overall good experience
The place is not welcoming. To start, it is not clean or organized. The tables on the deck are filthy and unappealing.Inside is a little better but, not by much.This place is dirty and horrible. We waited for 30 minutes and a waitress barely acknowledged us. She said she will be right with us, but never came back.We got frustrated and left without being served.The location and atmosphere has great potential, but the management and service does not match the expectation.Really disappointed.

Unfortunately I have it give at least 1 star, and I only gave 1 because of the great bartender! We came in as a table of 4, ordered together, and received food 30 minutes apart at the same table! Each of us had to watch the other eat, and the food was terrible and not even as the menu described. If this place isn't a front to hide money, it's completely missing the opportunity. Well at least the view of lake o was good, but that's it! Never coming back and will spread the word of the discust!

My family and I along with a couple of friends visited muck Tavern this past weekend and I’ll say this at first the reviews kind of scared us away but we took a chance and my god was it amazing . Our server was amazing ( I believed her name was Jnaya) we sat outside by the lake both our serve and the manager helped us with putting snd umbrella in the table we wanted a little shade by the lake. My husband wanted to try the shrimp and grits but isn’t a fan of shrimp so he asked for it to substituted for fish the waitress wasn’t sure if they could do that but she said she went to the kitchen to ask , I loved that she didn’t just tell us no right off the bat . The nachos were the best but I did get them plain with nothing on them, and my brother and his wife also enjoyed their food they got wings and fries ( they didn’t know what flavor to order but our waitress recount a few flavors they all sounded great but they just went with the hot honey ) Our drinks were amazing and overall I would definitely recommend people to try it and get their own experience

I had a house salad that was beyond amazing, the chef really out did himself. The chicken, OMG, was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the lettuce was fresh with every bite. THANKS CHEF ☺️☺️The waitress and bartender were nothing short of patient and kind. Orders were taken with politeness and bring out in a timely manner. Us @ Glades Health Care Center support Muck Tavern ??… Also my kids love-love their chicken tenders
As soon as we entered, those who attended looked at us like "what were we doing there." And every time we ordered something, the same gesture of disdain and as if they didn't even know it was a hamburger. Is it really a real trade?
