Coffee was good the made it exactly what I wanted, perfect!!! Things I didn’t like is Resturant was a bit dirty specially restrooms was out of tissues, hot water was not working and they did not have soap in the restroom other than that they made good coffee.

I would have given it 5 stars but the lady didn't hear me when I was trying to get her attention about whip cream and then when my man had to get her attention, and she made a big deal about charging for whip cream. This was after they said "we're out of the matcha latte again" as it took 2 people to say this. Sounds suspicious to me after it was my idea to go there. Dang. Not even a senior menu was offered! My 80 year-old mother tried to order and they didn't...

January 2025

This place hired my special needs son and now without any notice left him off the schedule. He askes on the company group chat when he works next. Wendy replied to him by removing him from the group chat. No explanation what so ever. Now I'm contacting the Labor board and the agency for persons with disabilities. Everyone SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!
