In the past I've said it had sucked. Drive-thru, Inside. It matters and who is working at the time. Some days everything with food to drink, the time, etc..great. Other days it is just horrible. Need better team, not everyone is bad but some, for sure. They just need to figure out who. Biscuits are like rocks
Ordered ahead, still was held up for 40 mins. Saw a gentleman standing at the counter for 15 mins before being acknowledged and when he finally was, a female staff member told him he was gonna have to be patient and that he will have to wait for 20 mins before someone can help him, because he doesnt know how to use the kiosk.
