They will reheat old food from a different order to make yours while complaining about customers. Adds pepperoni on old order but not add a little cheese or cut it.
Spent $52 for a calzone and a fettuccine Alfredo dinner. The calzone was nothing but ricotta, and the sauce tasted HORRIBLE!! Ate two bites of the Alfredo and threw it away as well.
First time in here under new ownership. The Price is Right. The pizza is delicious. You cannot go wrong eating here very friendly atmosphere
Ordered the tomato basil pizza, online it states comes with tomato sauce. My pizza didn’t have any tomato sauce on it and was only cheese, tomatoes and basil NO SAUCE. Who wants a pizza without sauce, it was so dry. 1/5 wouldn’t eat here again.
We are new to the area and tried Bizzarro for the first time. We ordered ziti and lasagna. Food came out hot and looked yummy. Problem is, it was very bland. The salad was covered in onions and no cheese. Majority of customers in a pizzeria love cheese. The sauce they use is very bland. The only way you knew it was a pasta sauce is because it was red. I wish there sauce had flavor. Garlic knots also were very bland. Pretty tough to enjoy when it costs $50 for 2 people.

My husband called on 11/24 at around 5pm to place an order for dinner. After he sat on hold for 10 minutes, I decided to call back and was repeatedly hung up on. Not disconnected, a pick up and hang up without a single word spoken. We drove up to Bayside to place our order in person and were told they had too many customers in the store and that warranted them hanging up on me. They were too busy to help me, yet my husband was the only one inside the store when we arrived. I’m not doubting they were busy on a Sunday at dinner time, but the attitude of the person behind the counter was angry, annoyed, and that of someone who didn’t want to be bothered. The quality of the food has gone down hill and the customer service isn’t any better. We absolutely got their message loud and clear, and we won’t be back. EDITED TO ADD: The pizza was uncut, there was hair in it, and the amount of flour they have caked on the bottom makes the pizza inedible. Absolutely garbage.

I found it very good and very good service thanks to the person who speaks Spanish and those who served us
This pizza is so overcooked I'm getting a headache from how hard I have to chew to get through each bite. Terrible food. I'll never order here again. I tried calling at 8:48 to ask for my money back since I cannot finish this and have barely eaten any of it but no one is there to pick up.

If I had my eyes closed when I was eating a slice of their pizza, I wouldn't have known what it is. Nothing but a slice of bread. No flavor whatsoever. Could not taste the sauce, cheese, nothing.
I'm from NYC. Sicilian by blood, I make better pizza without a doubt and I'm self taught. I cannot believe they stay in business. Sad that they are right next to Publix , this place should be packed.
Fire the Chef. They were understaffed. Lady was on the phone all the time and trying to take orders in the shops the same time. Never eat there again. I'll go to Publix and buy my own ingredients and enjoy a real pizza at home. The pizza is Bizzar.lol

Not the NY style ? I'm used to ? the dough was not right. Heating up leftovers on the stove didn't brown the bottom ?
Ordered ahead the very nice young lady said 15 to 20 min.I got to there location 25 min later...My sub was not ready and they hadn't even started it.I don't recommend this restaurant for there extremely poor service. The place was empty one small family eating dinner..This business will not survive on this course..Major retraining is needed. With a major focus on service ...

I ordered a pizza from here through grubhub to be delivered and grubhub relayed the wrong pizza to Bizzarros and the wrong pizza came. I called the store and the woman who answered the phone was very understanding and polite. She had the store make a new pizza and it came within 30 min. She called me back to make sure the pizza was correct. It was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Shout out to the store, the delivery guy and especially the girl on the phone who took care of the order. Definitely will order again. Good example of how a business should be run!!

So awful. Bizzarro was good back in the late 90s. Gave this one a shot. Not even edible
