Food was ordered for my friends 50th birthday and for Superbowl. We ordered trays of pasta and pizza. Everything was nicely prepared, covered and hot when we picked it up. Everything was tasty and everyone enjoyed all the food. We will definitely visit Fires Up again for lunch and dinner.

Tonight was the last straw. They’ve messed my order up so many times that they’ve had to credit me almost every time. Regardless, I liked the food so I kept ordering cause they did their best to make it right . Tonight was the last straw.I asked for a heart shaped pizza for my kid since it’s Valentine’s Day, instead I was delivered a regular pizza, with a 2 1/2 hour delivery when given 1/1/2 hour delivery time, and a soggy pizza.I have ordered damn near every other day and today will be my last day ordering from Fired up.

This is an ok place for a quick meal. But listen, you have to be able to pick up a piece of pizza with one hand, by the crust. If it flops down, its not a proper crust! Taste was good, people nice. Just work on the pie, go visit NYC!

Best pizza in town. The service is great here. Jo, Treena and Kyla are the dream team and they make you feel welcomed.

I love the food but outside is a hangout spot for homeless. I have witnessed people washing body parts next to the entrance. My most recent visit was blessed with a woman picking at her bare feet. It's creepy, dark, and gross outside the entrance. I was treated like I was "wrong" by the staff when I expressed my concerns to them. I didn't feel safe and it was skeevy.

Oh, my!!! I have a pizza blog and YouTube channel (Playing with Pizza), and I dropped in with a friend on a Friday night when they were busy and short-staffed. I wanted to shoot some video for my blog, but I was reluctant to ask permission because of it being busy and short-staffed. However, Rob, one of the owners who was making the pizzas, apologized to me saying it would be a little while before someone could take our order (to go). Because Rob was so nice and friendly, I asked if I could shoot video for my channel, he said go ahead. I interviewed Rob while he was busy making pizzas, and he answered all of my questions. The wait staff were so nice. I had to be in their way with my video work, but they were so kind and accommodating. We waited a little bit for the pizzas and sides of meatballs. We thanked everyone for their hospitality and left to go home to eat the pizza. I shot video for a review on my channel, and let me say: I was blown away by the taste and quality of the pizza. I have had pizza in New York City (at the country's first pizzeria), in Brooklyn, in Boston, and in New Haven, Conn., the epicenter of the coal-oven pizza world. And, let me tell you, this little shop in Palm Bay, Fla., is among the best pizza I have ever had. If you like a New York-, New Haven-style pizza, you have to go to Fired Up Coal-Oven Pizzeria, you will not be disappointed. To Rob and the staff, thank you for making this trip to see friends in Palm Bay so special. The pizza was incredible. The sauce had a nice tanginess to it. The cheese pizza was incredible. The pepperoni-bacon was packed full of flavor. You really need to think about franchising your restaurant because the pizzas are great. I wish you well!
