I like very much this Pizzeria, tasty food and variety.
Could use improvement
Lisa was a perfect server for our pasta dinner. It's an atmosphere of locals coming for Friday nite pizza. We dined in with spaghetti and sausage and my husband had fetticine. He said it had lots of cheese. Just what we wanted for our Friday nite date nite. Love it, loved Lisa!

Fired Up Coal Oven Pizzeria is a popular spot for delicious meals and gatherings. The restaurant offers nicely prepared and hot pasta and pizza trays, perfect for special occasions like birthdays and Super Bowls. Their pizzas, including the Buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni pizza, are made with a traditional NY-style crust, complete with garlic knots. The medium wings are also a favorite, and the thin crust pizza is especially praised. The char from the coal oven adds a nice touch, mainly around the crust, without overpowering the pizza. Customers enjoy the ample meat toppings on the Meat, Please pizza, which tastes great and is served promptly. The garlic rolls and butter garlic wings are highly recommended, with some mentioning that the garlic wings and garlic knots are five-star. Service is friendly and attentive, making for a good dining experience. The eggplant chips are popular, but some find the gyro a bit odd. Whether visiting or a local, this pizzeria is a must-try for old-school NY Italian pizza lovers, best enjoyed in the evening during the week.
