Izzy's is proof of the saying that you shouldn't judge from outward appearance. Value is very high. Clean, very good food, friendly and welcoming - traditional Americana diner food. Run by a few very hard working ladies who are proud of what they produce. The menu has many more items to offer than what you'd expect along with daily board specials, and they all seem to be executed well.

My husband and I are visiting from out of town and wanted to eat local, not a chain. We found Izzy's online and decided to give it a shot- so glad we did! We both ordered omelets - I also had the home fries and a biscuit (get yours grilled!). Everything was delicious, the portions were huge, the orange juice tastes like it was fresh squeezed. The vibe is laid back, the service is excellent and super friendly. We will return!

Old fashioned style diner with happy waitstaff and quick service. Many options at reasonable prices. Many regulars known by name. LOVED that they had a jar of local honey on the table. Try it on the grilled biscuit!! We will be back soon.
