Got all the way home, noticed they Forgot a whole sandwich, tried to call they didn't answer, drove all the way back got the sandwich, paid for another one, the one they forgot had a stale chewy bun wasn't fresh at all. They need to get it together, that was all so terrible.

I love McDonald's, but this one disappointed me. I was in the area and went in. The cashier's service was terrible; she was rude. The food was missing parts. I ordered two bacon rolls and they gave me half a roll, and two sausages and they only brought one.

Showed up at 12:17am only two cars in the drive thru including me ordered my food (repeated order 3 times) paid at 12:22am , noticed she’s messed the ordered up on my receipt tried to get the attention of the lady in the window with no luck due to her phone being more important so after getting my food I told her she had me pull to spot one and wait. Waited for over 15 mins finally I went it side it’s now 1am in the morning after I’ve watch 3 cars behind me get there food and leave . I walk in and everyone is on there phone music playing in the back I’m told their still waiting for the meat to cook for my burgers . Finally hands me the bag I double check every is right this time but nope missing a fry and sauce so it took over 30 mins to mess of the order a second time. I finally leave get home go to eat my food and bite into a raw burger so this is what I waited over and hour for at a time a fast food place is at it’s slowest workers could care less how long stuff takes or if it’s even right this is just laziness and idgaf attitude

This stuff is very unprofessional. The soda machine was not working. I understand that and then when I ask for any alternatives, they up charge me. The child at the speaker could barely communicate with me. It’s not worth going to just go to the McDonald’s on Bayside Lakes or the one in Palm Bay Road because this one is horrible. There’s always an issue every time I come here

Four employers talking while the fries are just there waiting to be transferred to the serving station. My food has been prepared and waiting for someone to place it on a tray. Only one employer was working non stop, taking orders at the register, serving, and delivering to their respective tables. This employer, Ms. Grace, deserves recognition while the other four should be retrained or sent home!

I ordered from this store through door dash and upon getting my food I seen that I only got parts of my order got my fries for my order and my 2 happy meals I didn’t receive my nuggets and the McRib so I called the store and the person I talked to was fine just kinda disappointed me that they didn’t even apologize or say sorry that it happened so I had to go to the physical store and go pickup my missing items and again I appreciate that I got my stuff and still got no I’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything but at the end of the day I just hope they can do better and just make sure they get the order right.

The employees here are always cranky, particularly the managers. There's one with a very loud, nasal voice, and she's constantly yelling and you can hear way back in the bathrooms from the kitchen. If you suffer from anxiety issues, take a Xanax before dining here.
