Osaka Sushi Ramen Bento Bubble Tea

Had an amazing dinner tonight. Food was absolutely delicious!!! Definitely topped our usual sushi places!!! Everything was made to order. We had the Jalapeno Bomb as an appetizer, packed with flavor absolutely delicious!! We also ordered the Lobster Dynamite roll and the Fire Work Roll. Both absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!!! Wong and Reska served us and they were amazing and pleasant. Excellent service from both of them. Answered all of our questions greatest us with a smile and were very polite. 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting authentic Japanese cuisine.

Took myself on a date today! I wanted to try a new place, Osaka was AMAZING. First off; the staff were so friendly, accommodating and quick. I got the most refreshing honeydew boba tea, some of the best miso soup with plenty of tofu in it(my fav) and the “out of control” roll. This roll was filled with salmon tuna, white fish, avocado. On the inside of the roll there was torched salmon, tuna, white fish, Japanese mayo, spicy mayo, ell sauce and scallion’s. A small place but the flavors and staff are mighty! I will definitely be back!

Our first time here and it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to opening, but the door was open and we were invited to take a seat with the caveat that service didn't start until noon. The waitress came over and offered us menus to look at while we waited and also took our drink orders. They have a very extensive menu, and the plus was that pictures were on one side with descriptions on the other.
The lunch menu was nice, with several choices that included sushi as well as bento boxes and is offered secret day of the week until 3pm. I really like this, since most places only offer lunch specials Monday- Friday.
They also have a great selection of appetizers ranging from the usual edamame to tempura selections. We opted for the shrimp and vegetable tempura as a starter. I ordered chirashi as my lunch and the hubs got the chicken katsu bento. Both orders started with miso soup, which came out promptly and was nicely hot. It was on the slightly salty side and had very small bits of tofu and seaweed in it. It was very flavorful, andnot super watery. My only complaint was that I wanted bigger pieces of tofu and maybe a few bits of scallion as well. The tempura appetizer came out next, very nicely arranged with an onion ring holding 3 nice sized shrimp, sweet potato, regular potato and broccoli. A bowl of dipping sauce came with, loaded with shredded ginger and just slightly sweet with a good soy flavor. The tempura was crispy, fresh tasting but just ok, maybe a little too thick of a coating.
My chirashi bowl was nice with tuna, salmon, white fish, tamago, seaweed salad and shredded daikon. I thought the rice portion was a bit small and the rice was plain, without the expected flavor of real sushi rice, but that didn't stop me from eating it all! The fish tasted fresh, the tamago had just the right amount of sweetness, the daikon was crunchy but lacked any flavor at all, the seaweed salad was good but nothing special. Hubs ate almost all of his bento, which came with a good selection, including a salad, spring roll, gyoza, the chicken katsu and a bowl of white rice.
The prices are good, service was impeccable and we will definitely return to try other selections!

Ever since they revamped the place, it’s a lot better and nicer inside and on the outside the food was really good and so was the bubble tea they give you very large portions and it was definitely worth the price. The only thing about it was that it was crowded but at the same time there was no wait. The drinks and food came out very fast.

My adult kids love love this place—it’s their go-to over any other Japanese restaurant in the area.

This cozy little spot has around 10 - 11 tables, a mix of booths and chairs, and no outdoor seating. I’m honestly just glad to see something thriving in this building - nothing seems to stick here! My husband still sees the old Taco Bell when we pull up, but once you walk in, it’s a whole new vibe.

You seat yourself, and we were greeted right away. Our server, Mona, is a standout! If you think you've had good service before, think again—Mona is next-level. She remembered what two people in our party liked to drink and how they wanted their steak cooked - without them saying a word. And no, they don’t go there all the time! (Yeah right!) 😀 She’s friendly, attentive, and truly makes sure you’re taken care of from start to finish.

The menu is extensive, so give yourself a few minutes to browse. I’m a picky eater and still had no trouble finding something.
Here’s what we tried:
🥟 Pork dumplings – Fresh, hot, and delicious even without the sauce.
🍚 Japanese rice with steak – Super tender, although the steak was chopped a bit smaller than I’d prefer.
🍱 Bento box – Great if you want a variety of options.
🍣 Osaka roll – Fried with crab meat and shrimp. Looked great and good portion.

(Pro tip: ask for the spicy mayo—it’s not that spicy, but adds something extra!)

One thing to note: food comes out at different times depending on how busy the kitchen and sushi bar are. Not a long wait, just staggered. But everything is fresh, and that’s what matters most.

Prices were extremely reasonable for what you get!

All in all, we’d definitely return. We might try some different dishes next time, but the friendly service and fresh food earn Osaka two big thumbs up from us!

Delightfully little place, the decor is a bit older but the food and service are amazing. So nice and on top of everything. The Sushi is also customizable which was delightfully different. I made use of the lunch special and then some to see what all they had. Love it will definitely return.
