First and last time. This one is on my way to my house. One of my household members wanted to try it. I walked in and it felt grungy. No one was smiling, no one looked up there were 2 others waiting...the line got long after me still no one looked and said hello. Finally mine was ready. The older lady came over to ring me out, no communication. I couldn't wait to leave. The place looks dirty, no one smiles or welcome you. No one said anything.

The pizza never arrived. I called to find out what was going on and have been on hold for over 15 minutes, no one ever answered the phone. Just horrible.
Unfortunately, our order arrived incomplete, missing my daughter's personal pan pizza and fries. What made it worse was trying to rectify the situation; I was on hold for more than 18 minutes attempting to speak with someone, but no one ever picked up. This level of customer service is insane. I paid for something I never got….cool.

Disappointed. Ordered two large one topping hand tossed pizzas, both came super hot but also super doughy and no flavor. A manager needs to look in on the cheese to sauce and temp to cook time ratios. It’s bad.
