Evo catered my husbands work Christmas party and it was absolutely amazing! They were a complete joy to work with and the food was delicious! Everyone at the party raved about it. I highly recommend booking them for your next event.
Stopped in this morning to finally try Evo. I was greeted warmly at the door by the awesome owner and had an absolutely fantastic breakfast sandwich called The Savory. Wow. made from scratch and was ready in a jiffy. I will definitely be back many many times and if you have not tried it yet you are definitely missing out. Evo is my new go to.
Hands down the best breakfast I have ever had in Brevard County and maybe even ever!! Owner served us and she was so nice and informative. I ordered the NY bacon egg and cheese (onion bun, 2 fried eggs, bacon, and American cheese but they have other cheeses). My husband got the Good Eatz sandwich which was chorizo (not greasy at all), fried egg, and Gouda cheese with their breakfast sauce on a fresh soft ciabatta roll. Evo Catering, LLC (Evo Eatz Dine in or Take Out Restaurant) is an absolutely amazing place with enormous portions. The food is always incredibly flavorful and delicious, made fresh and with love. Everything is cooked to order, and the quality and care can be tasted in every bite. The crispy chicken sandwich is packed with flavor, perfectly crunchy and juicy with a rich, savory sauce. The tacos are absolutely fabulous, full of flavor with fresh ingredients. The pressed Cuban Sandwich was the bomb, and the onion rings are homemade in house. The Rosemary potatoes and Chorizo burrito feature the absolute best chorizo ever. The dining area looks spacious and welcoming with awesome service. The place is sooooo clean. Prices are fair, portions are large, and flavors are fantastic. A highly talented chef puts passion into every dish, creating a welcoming experience. A must try for bold flavors and fresh ingredients.
