Subway offers a range of customizable sandwiches, with the option to order ahead through their app. The sandwiches are made fresh and served warm. Customers have praised the friendly and consistent service of an employee named Kiah. However, there have been issues with the new pretzels, as they were described as hard and possibly not prepared correctly. The location is convenient for travelers on Interstate 95.
